i just got my my contact lense 2 days ago. but why i can feel my contact in my eye and i can see very well in?. i though we not suppose to feel them. im asian so my eye is kinda small is that the problem?

hi,

i have a problem putting in my contact lens. the thing is thati get an air bubble even if i ensure that i do not blink; the edges of the lens settle on the eye, but in the middle i get a huge air bubble. also, when trying to push the air out of the lens, there is still some left, and my guess is that it's the air that makes my look bit blurred.

i started with contact lenses 2 days ago, so i know that i still gotta practice a lot, but i would appreciate any advice on this.

make sure you're not hitting your eyelashes when inserting. Perhaps ensure that the contact lens is sufficiciently moistened from the cleaning fluid before insertion. The method I've used ever since I started wearing them is fairly simple: (eg, right eye) look as far right as possible, place lens in the middle of the eye (left of pupil) roll eye around, blink several times.
