i saw the imax screen at Hoyts carousel, and it was really poor quality imax, compared to the imax that used to operate next to scitech facility in the city where the screen felt like it was all around you. The imax at carousel was basically one of their larger vertical screens with a bend in the middle... and they turned the sound up. Also they charge $22 a ticket, its not worth it.
yh u right i disappointed when i'v seen it at carousel it's only as u said they turned the sound up that's it ,,,, also for the screen i think it's not that big ..
I'm starting to regret not getting seats really close to the front to a movie I am about to see if the screen will be this tiny.

ive gone to a multiplex theator thats screen is better than this.

WTF? The GMAX screens at Greater Union are bigger and it doesn't cost anywhere near as much.
