As far as I know handball it is ilegal to step into area of 6m before throwing the ball. maybe there are new rules in Spain related to this. Anyhow nice shoot. learned from Yugoslavian players from HC Metaloplastika Shabac in 80ies

@palilulac5 they all do it in professional handball. watch other videos and you will recognize that they all are staying on the floor before throwing.

@RiRo2626 no the dont ... then you need to start see pro Handball and not the kids one you most look at ...

most are arund 5 CM over the floor when the shoot ... Im a ref myself and old Elite player. but this guy is on the floor ... but damm it can be hate to see now and then as a ref !
