You can also do this with Potions of Illusion. My drood's a male troll, and using the pot next to another male troll gives you their shape. You can then switch to moonkin form, and still a troll male in appearance, you can mount. Then dismiss the illusion buff, and voila - mounted moonkin.

i don't know what your talking about his flight form not going dark when he's in combat. it's light when he's not in combat just like all other druids on live and if they try to shift while in a non flying zone it'll give a message saying that you can't do that but when he is in combat with the Cursed Sailor it goes dark leading me to believe it was filmed on a live server.

The ' buff ' is actually a curse given off by the undead that had attacked the druid. This doesn't really seem like a private server, you can also see the spell on the right of the screen. Its the eye. XD
