The first thing that I tend to do with Marie Sharp's sauces is pop off the plastic flow restrictor... It's just one more step between you and sauce! The sauce is labelled as "Beware" mostly because the first ingredient is "Capsium oil" aka pepper extract. I'm with you though, the Beware title is a little bit of a misnomer... it's not that hot!
