Actually, it´s neither No Mercy -> Dead Air, nor No Mercy -> Death Toll.

There is a Campaign in between. You start on the crash site, the Heli remains are there burning. Then, on the second mission, you escape on a bank armored car.

Umm outlander71809 i herd that there is a dlc coming in 2010 of spring and its for Left 4 Dead 2 its called the Passing and it has all 8 Surviors in it and it was comfiremed by valve so i think that the quotes (it doesn't end well) is for people to know you can't win and you will always die it dosen't mean the characters die because if that is true than we all who bought the game just payed about $50 just to find out that after all that hard work you and your team dies. that is what i think.
