I'm with you. Scavenger gets my vote. I like slight of hand, but I am so tired of getting killed when I'm out picking up an enemy weapon. With scavenger, no enemy weapon is ever needed.

You forgot to mention "change of weapon" time.. With sleight of hand pro when you're in a intense shoot out and need to reload it's better to pretend you're taking cover to reload but instead swap to your secondary fools your opponent in 9 outta 10 times cuz he thinks you gon take cover to reload but pop out again continuing spraying bullets which in most cases I win the gun fight then take my time to reload behind cover. With scavenger you can't do that.. So that's why I always choose sl.o.han

@coolcatcass10 haha, you are such a noob. But that's ok, i had the same question when i first played CoD. So i have to assume you are too. The gun cocks back when you empty the FULL clip. If you only empty, let's say, 15/30 bullets, and reload, the gun won't cock back. But if you empty 30/30 bullets, and reload, the gun will cock back. Hope that answers your question. :)

i never use scavenger.when you only have 1 mag left in your primary pick up a random gun(no gun is useless;in most cases you will find a good smg or AR)and there you go

the reloads are slower if your gun is out of ammo, it sucks but guns always pretty much take longer to reload if theres not at least 1 bullet in a gun.

If I use scavenger, I always run specialist with sleight of hand as the first perk to unlock, and have hardline as well. Which means that 89% of the time after i kill someone, i get fast reload.

Killstreaks u are using, map you are playing on, weapons you are using, the type of player you are, and so many other things. by the way the ACR has the fastest reload time of any primary weapon and the reload glitch doesnt work for a lot of weapons im MW3.

CoD Elite put 1.9 secs as the reload time because that's the time it takes to reload without SoH and while there is still bullets in the mag. Most of the time you are going to reload with bullets still in and SoH isn't built into the gun which explains the different reload time you got.
