In order to be a miracle, it would have to disobey a physical law. This one is fairly easy to test.
Next time it happens (this seems to be fairly frequent), get one of these statues - one that this has already happened to that day in the temple - put it on some accurate scales, weigh the system (milk, container, statue), feed it the milk and see if it has lost any weight. This should all be videoed in one shot.

I respect everyone's opinions on this but I know this as a miracle, it occurred at a temple near me at first i was convinced it was just being absorbed in the statue but when i looked at it more it only occurred with the Shiva statue in the temple and not the Vishnu or Krishna statue and they are made of the same material, it also occurred with a glass statue of Ganesha which i know is not absorbent, also it only occurred on the mouth area and no other, it only happened on that one day.

In order to be a miracle, it would have to disobey a physical law. This one is fairly easy to test.
Next time it happens (this seems to be fairly frequent), get one of these statues - one that this has already happened to that day in the temple - put it on some accurate scales, weigh the system (milk, container, statue), feed it the milk and see if it has lost any weight. This should all be videoed in one shot.

I respect everyone's opinions on this but I know this as a miracle, it occurred at a temple near me at first i was convinced it was just being absorbed in the statue but when i looked at it more it only occurred with the Shiva statue in the temple and not the Vishnu or Krishna statue and they are made of the same material, it also occurred with a glass statue of Ganesha which i know is not absorbent, also it only occurred on the mouth area and no other, it only happened on that one day.

I am not Hindu but I'm fascinated.
While the milk is running down some statues, At 4:50 the spoons was placed underneath the "mouth" without tipping the spoon and the milk was still absorbed.
If it's only capillary action, wouldn't every time I spill something my a glass or wood table, my metal stove, my wood floor or pour liquid in a cup or glass, wouldn't it be absorbed?
I've never seen liquid absorbed after being spilled on or poured into any hard porous/ non-porous surface or container.

The capillary effect doesn't just work on porous material, it works to a small amount on anything that touches the surface.

from what i understand Hindus and many other religions worship statues as a means to reach the "unseen reality" they do it because it makes worshipping that diety easier to do. the statue is not a diety itself but a tool used to "communicate" with that diety

By duplicated I mean the experiment done over and over again and getting the same result. With the initial observation it seems clear the sun moves around the earth, but after multiple observations the results change. Planets and stars are in different places the sun is a little lower in the sky etc. So yes observation one time is not reliable, but multiple tests and observations definately can be.
