Either those or Static Age or Walk Among Us, which are the easiest to find. A lot of their stuff you will probably have to download, since they had more singles than factual albums and you probably won't be able to find them anywhere.

Green Day may play more mellow music nowadays but the Who didnt play hard and loud 100% of the time. Green Day was MASSIVELY influenced by bands like The Misfits and even Black Flag. They may be more commercial than them now but to be honest, does it really matter? The politics of the music isnt the issue, its the sound, and some of the songs on American Idiot and 21st Century Breakdown can contend with the first Clash record or the Sex Pistols record.
