  • show us your meat and two veg mariusz.

anyone here know how anabolic steroids cause the male genitalia to shrink? im asking a deeply complicated physiological question here and, this being yt, i expect not to find out.

  • now i feel like nobody. respect dude.

  • So animal

  • Oh, i use Ivanko also.

  • FUCKING BEAST!!!

  • fuckaing music...

  • Jestem gejem

  • What's even more impressive to me is his relatively low bodyfat compared to most powerlifters. Holy shit.

  • haters cant say shit about those plates being fake.....look at that bar bend!! ....monster

  • What I admire most about him is that his first few WSM competitions he did poorly in the leg events, so he went back to the gym and created monster legs. That's determination, heart, and commitment.

  • I think you mean Polak. A pollock is a type of fish.

  • Polacy zaczeli przejmowac inne filmy i o polskich chyba zapomnieli ;d

  • Making pollocks proud one day at a time!

  • blah blah steroids add muscle, they shorten recovery time etc....they just make you damn well stronger, basically. testosterone.

  • Just so you ignorant cunts know, steroids allow you to recover faster, they pretty much allow you to train MORE, so yes its cheating if the sport deems it so, but if anything, they (the people juicing) are doing more than the others, so really just fuck off, if they want to be able to train more and take illegal drugs, let em. Steroids make the process of recovery quicker, if people were like animals and we didn't pass judgement on others for what they do, steroids would be your breakfast.

  • Ill whoop his ass :)

  • what a beast. so powerful.

  • THIS IS MY SQUAT DAY MOTIVATION VID !!!!!!

  • Truly Superhuman! Polska Możność (siła)!

  • I hate hearing idiots say that steroids is cheating, absolutely ignorant!

Steroids isn't like liquid muscle and you just add it to our body and you become a giant with unbelievable strength.

Steroids just increases the muscle your body CAN put on and increases the rate in which you recover from working out.

In laymans terms, you workout and usually you'll be sore for a few days if you did it properly, steroids makes that sore period ALOT shorter.

These guys aren't cheating, they are worki

  • @icantrememberthat1 how is that ignorant? obviously steriods don't instantly just add muscle, and while there are a lot of people who believe that, they are ignorant as you said. But it's just as naive to believe that it's not cheating. Of course it's cheating, taking a substance which increases muscle potential and recovery time is not doing it 100% naturally. So again, while it's not instant muscle and still requires unbelievable work, it's still cheating.

  • @bibs905 mate, cheating is taking steroids or substance in a sport in which the substance is illegal, cricket, olympics and the rest.

all of the Mr Olympia and Worlds Strongest Man competitions are all legal for use of the gear. so it isnt cheating, its essential.

i want to compete in bodybuilding but only in the natural comps

  • @icantrememberthat1 you seem to be missing the point. People who have an issue with bobybuilding have an issue with the entire concept, not one particular individual like Mariusz, or Ronnie Coleman etc. The belief that these guys work extremely hard and earn all their gains through dedication is not entirely correct, period. They use unnatural means to HELP gain muscle size and strength. They are not athletes who become the best in their sport through natural hard work.

  • @bibs905 WTF. are you retarded? so the worlds strongest men dont get to the top through hard work. of course not, 20 steroid injections and youre in the final.

think about it you dick. just because they take steroids dont mean that they dont work harder. of course they do. they all take steroids, that is a choice they make and you are not here to pass judgement. i advocate the use of steroids in sport as there are many positive benefits and risks can be reduced. its not cheating unless banned

  • @viago2 are you retarded? My first sentence was "Obviously steroids dont just instantly add muscle". I clearly said that they obviously work hard, what I said was that to say that's the only way they got that strong would not be totally correct...clearly I said that they use unethical means of gaining muscle that unaturally help recover and gain size etc. I acknowledge they work extremely hard, but clearly was raising into question the added help they gain from steroids.

  • @bibs905 no shit sherlock.! you are questioning that steroids improve performance? fuck me of course they do, thats why athletes take them. der.

how is taking a substance that every other competitor takes cheating?

its like saying a marathon runner taking a sports drink on route is cheating even though all the other runners take a drink and he is allowed to take a drink. no, what you are doing is passing moral judgement which is arrogant clichéd and uncalled for. go jump on another bandwagon.

  • @bibs905 cont. you are also wrong about "unnnatural means" as anabolic steroids are synthetic fabrications or naturally occurring hormones largely based around testosterone. there are large variations in the naturally occurring hormones in people. to make an uneven playing field in all other sports. its only in wsm that those inequalities between athletes can be eradicated.

  • WELL DONE WORLDS STRONGEST MAN KEEP THE STEROIDS UP YOU CHEATING FUCK.

ANY CUNT CAN BE STRONG AFTER 45 SYRINGES STUCK IN THERE ASS EVERY DAY.

    FAKE MARIUS

  • @oOCOLDFYREOo WELL DONE YOURE WORLDS MOST STUPID MAN

  • you know there is a lot of weight when the bar bend like that after each rep :O. 1:12

  • 009 Sound System - Number Two

    - because its shit.

  • Polska Polska Polska

  • real man squats!!

  • where he takes a piss, grass would grow no more

  • what i like about him is unlike every other worlds strongest man,he doesn't look like a fat over weight beer gut slob! he actually looks normal as if a bodybuilder but strong as fk!! hes a true beast!

  • @musvlehead yeah hes in pretty good shape, im jealous ;)

  • @Sh4ft07 i kinda do but a smaller weaker version...lol

  • Pudzianowski is scientific proof that you have to go beyond parallel for the leg presses and squats.

    All other comments are invalid

  • i hate it when im squating and i permanatly bend my bar =/

  • is it possible to still add mass to legs with less weight but more reps? my knee's cant take heavy weights anymore and have just started training after 15 years.

  • @grumpyguts1967 Yes it is possible, That's how Schwarzenneger got muscle. I myself am taking a break from heavy lifting and doing it that way.

  • @grumpyguts1967 Sure it's possible, but not as fast as heavy training.

  • see that fucking bar bend!!! looks like that could snap at anytime. What a beast.

  • man squats like 800 pounds with no spot................. fearless

  • I would bang him out one punch, easy.

  • @MrStrictlyBodacious keep telling yourself that.

  • Un-fucking-real and absolutely perfect technique. There's a reason why he got to where he did and its plain to see in this video.

  • 91 osob.. uprawia taki sport jak kulturystyka.. ale nie robi nog i wygladaja ich giry jak patyki od lodow ;*

    pozdrawiam ! wszystkich wytrwalych

  • savickas is fat

  • who in the hell put this stupid music on this video!!!!!

  • @MrJXA69 during this movie, she spoke polish... The author of this movie put music instead of translation.

  • What is that music? please name

  • Disappointingly light lifts, nothing really heavy

  • @33hegemon i would like to see you squat that with good form

  • No way he only weighs 255lb fuck off lol

  • @PeterStevens01 he has cut down to ~255 lbs to fight. he probably weighed ~310 or 320 here, as he usually did when competing in world's strongest man

  • correct me if im wrong but is he going a bit low for squats

  • @TheFineolase :Well if you compare the leg size of the people who says you shouldn't squat so low and this guy, you will see who's doing it right:)

  • @Quenostra

His squats varied in depth from paralell just breaking paralell to a bit deeper ,but the deeper was with his warm up weights ...I don't see how paralell is considered super low...but knees last longer sticking with paralell going much deeper than a couple below results in loss of hamstring tension and knee stabilization . The guys who unrack the bar and only drop 3 inches crack me up .I you legit squat 500 you can leg press around 1k deep ...the 3-inch squaters can't .

  • @TheFineolase

lower squats are harder to do and if you can get low its a sign you are doing it right. if you can't get down low then you are either lifting too much or don't know how to squat yet.

  • @ballbagbaggins That is not necessarily true. Squatting to depth bothers my left knee which was previously injured. But I always hit 90, and with the best form I can achieve, initiating the movement with my hips and glutes, maintaining proper posture and control. I have had more gains squatting this way than I had been when squatting deep with imperfect form. I use an athletic squat stance, somwhere between oly and low-bar. Gotta just find what works for you and elitfts FTW

  • @dp1569

I find that you can only go deep if you are doing it correctly but then again I don't let my knees travel forward anyway. I would do it the way you describe with the hip involvement to use my glutes and hams more. if you have a injury, normal rules may not apply though.

  • Nasz Polski Herkules :D

  • I'm waiting for that bar to snap and him unleash ha

  • very nice highbar squat

  • how many kgs is that ? anyone know ?

  • @DenSkumle about 310kg almost 700 pounds

  • The youtube songs have such a distinctive, ugly sound

  • Fucking Animal!

  • I was wondering throughout the whole video if that bar was going to snap :P

  • Amazing. He's just toying with the weight.

  • i bet he cant get a booner

  • @blizhniyboy95 Listen little boy, you don't know anything. Steroids don't kill your sex drive, they enhance it. They don't shrink your penis either, if anything, it grows.

  • @malone23kid I think you have never been on a tren cycle..

  • @blizhniyboy95 Actually, from all that test. I'm sure he can get a boner so strong he could batter your family with it and lift your mother with it. And after that, it wouldn't be the first time.

  • look at that fuckin bar bend on his back... wtf how does that not hurt

  • SURELY the title of worlds strongest should go to the person with the greatest deadlift/squat/bench amounts lifted, there is no luck involved whatsoever and the records are timeless

  • pound for pound, gotta b the strongest person ever, right?

  • @HanzSygnal Hell no! Try searching Jouko Ahola... Clearly strongest p4p

  • @LaserAeroxRacingTeam Jouko is a beast, there's gotta be something in that Icelandic water or something, he was absolutely dominate, and unlike Pudzin, never failed for PED's.

  • @HanzSygnal Jouko is my Idol and I think I will start strongman training to be like Jouko

  • great song choice dude!!!!! (sarcasm)

  • He's a certified beast !!!!!!!

  • POLSKA tu była !!!

  • that was horrible to watch him locking his knees in the leg press... dude you're killing your knees!!! soon the knee guards wont be enough.

  • @wahlaonousernameone He's making his joints stronger by locking out. Bodybuilders don't lockout to keep their muscles under tension longer. He's the world's strongest man, I don't think he needs your advice.

  • crazy strength!

  • I am counting 4 45lb olympic plates on each end (360lbs), 1 red bumper plate on each side (45 lbs each), 1 blue bumper plate on each side (35 lbs each), and 1 yellow bumper plate on each side (25 lbs each) so that only makes 570lbs. Definitely good, but he makes it look more impressive by combinging olympic and bumper plates.

  • @mlee61 i think it's more than that..he looked like he was struggling at the end and mariusz has squatted 800+ before

  • @mlee61 At the gym where I work out the bumper plates are in kilos. The red are 25kg(55lbs) I'm sure they come in different weights. If all your weights are correct you still forgot to add 45lbs for the olympic bar so the total would be 615lbs.

  • This vid was first uploaded on bb.com it might still be viewable. If i remember correctly it was around 650-700lbs on the final squat.

  • i probably can't even squat what he bicep curls..

  • STERIOD FREAK!!!!!!!!!

  • @ricoumc062904 Wait what !?

  • well done Mariusz.......

  • How hell much of weight he squatted in the end ? :S Anyone know ? I do not recognize those plates

  • why did Marius stop competing in WSM?

  • BEAST

  • if the bar ain't bending, you're just pretending:P

  • Ronnie Coleman squatted 800 pounds for 2 reps. However, Mariusz has excelled in several sports, therefore he is a BAD man. Who wouldn't want Mariusz as their father?

  • strong

  • Body looks really good even though he is powerlifter!

  • @kibetsu he's a strongman. strongmen are usually in tremendous shape. derek poundstone for instance is only 6'0'' and 340lbs but has 6-pack abs, and this guy here weights somewhere around the upper 300's too.

  • @steriods4champions he only weighs 225

  • @akula196 LOLLLLLLL! who told you that??

  • @BoM45 google? Nationality Polish

    Height 1.86 m

    Weight 255 lb (116 kg; 18.2 st)

  • @akula196 "google?" Best advice on youtube. So man ppl post wrong info b/c they're to lazy to check their facts.

  • @akula196 Actually I just found he was 309 lbs back in 2004. I think in 2006-2007 he was about 320-330.

  • @akula196 since he started mma he lost some weight. as a pro strongman he was 138 kg

  • @akula196 Max weight 142 kg :]

  • @BoM45 my apologizes, i misplaced a 2 with a 5

  • @akula196 He weights 225 now that he fights in mma. During his strongman days he was about 300 lbs maybe more.

  • STRONG GUY + RED SHIRT = BAD ASS

  • i dare anyone to date this guy daughter (its a death wish)

  • Comment removed

  • They make reinforced barbells for powerlifting that are designed NOT to bend that much under a heavy load. He definatly needs one!

  • @ironray123 They always bend the bars at the gym . They need to use comtpetion equip.

  • that poor barbell :(

  • This song really is "Number two"...

  • This guy is ridiculously strong. Makes me feel like a straight up bitch only being able to squat about 400lbs. RESPECT

  • It's 420kg including the bar

  • Jesus! Does anybody know how much is on that final squat bar? The bar flexing would piss me off!!

  • @0000kris0000 its 280kgs

  • @teekay200i i think is more!

  • @knollik 280 is a lot don't get it twisted I'm not saying he can't do more but the weight thats on the bar on the final squat is 280kg/617lb if you pause it when he does the final squat you can calculate it and you will see.. I rate him thou

  • @teekay200i if you pause it at 2:10 you can work it out

  • I used to lift as much weight, then I took an arrow to the knee

  • Omg, he lifts his butt when doing legpress! I'm amazed his lower back isn't trashed.

  • he is fucking strong man ......

  • poor bar

  • guinness record world strongest man.!! "blocking knee"is for kindergarden

  • Comment removed

  • 3:24 blocking knee????? OMG youre done for good.......... bye bye to your "pro career".

  • @elsasso Ye you of course know better than him. I don't understand how you people are so fucking dumb. He knows what he's doing.

  • @MrAssassinful you are the fucking dumb.....fat boy.... do yourselve a favor and LEARN SOMETHING BIG MOUTH

  • @elsasso Nope. I'm not the one trying to teach the strongest man in the world how to train. You are the only one who's dumb enough for that. Turn off your computer, kid.

  • @elsasso Why have you said pro career like that, are you implying he's not worlds strongest man multiple times over?

Are you also implying that bad form with that much weight wouldn't instantly cause an injury?

His knees are wrapped with supports over the top, funnily enough he has a pretty good idea of what he's doing

  • Comment removed

  • Wonder what he's saying. Too bad their is crappy rave music over the video. Who picked this music? I know of no one who would get pumped up to this crap.

  • @doseofreality100 he is saying "Train hard you fuckers.....and dont give up"!

  • his form looks bett3er than legit actually

  • how many strongest men are in the world?

  • @eeimakas94 Well seeing as how there is a competition every year there is more than one. Mariusz though IS the strongest man. He made those look easy. It's like people calling Jay Cutler Mr. Olympia still even though Phil Heath won it this year. Heck, people still call Arnold Mr. Olympia. Unlike the fixed Olympia though Strongest Man usually has more parity, you don't see a guy win strongest man 8 years in a row.

  • @eeimakas94 There can only be one strongest man in the world, and that's the one who has won the World's Strongest man competetion the most times, has the most world records in weightlifting (15 to be exact) and has the most impressive deadlift/squats. Oh yeah, that's Mariusz Pudzianowski, guy in the video.

  • @DoNultima i think big z has more world records than pudzian within strongman events. remember someone had to beat pudzian, a 5 time winner and that was zydrunas savickas

  • @DoNultima Hes insane, but the best Squat would have to go to Ivan Chakarov. ;)

  • @DoNultima The World's Strongest Man competetion is more about endurance and speed than strenght. Arnold Classic defines raw strength way better. Period. Savickas, Shaw are the best. Pudzianowki can't touch those two.

  • All you are saying is Z is stronger in a static lifting environment. Mariusz is stronger in a dynamic lifting environment. I know which one 90% of people find more impressive. Strongman is relatable. Powerlifting is not.

  • @DoNultima To be honest, WSM may have copyrighted the name first but it doesn't make them the ultimate strength test. The Arnolds is way more focussed on brute strength than on athletic dynamic performance. Also, Savickas holds WAY more WR's that Pudzian. Pudz is still one of the greatest, but I can not agree he is the "strongest" of all time.

  • @DoNultima Savickas has over 30 world records. He also won the arnold strongman classic 6 times in a row, whereas pudzianowski could not even make the podium. Savickas is also stronger in every lift compared to Pudzianowski. Savickas also destroyed the IFSA league when it was functioning. Imo Savickas >> Pudzianowski.

  • @AmusingYeti savickas is a fat fk though with a height advantage aswell being at 175kg at a mere 6ft3 is way to heavy

  • @Stoksie01 Your argument is completely irrelevant. Regardless of size he is stronger.

  • @AmusingYeti Go fuck yo'self

  • @AmusingYeti Pudzianovski is the best ever. Savickas's fat ass will never beat him.

  • @AmusingYeti Brian Shaw>Savickas

  • @r70stunna I can see where you are coming from; but he needs to earn that yet! He is certainly a force to be reckoned with; but Savickas is one of the most decorated strength athletes in history.

  • @AmusingYeti I will agree with you that Savickas has more brute strength than both Pud and Shaw. However, Pud's speed and athletic ability are the reason he is the better strength athlete and more decorated WSM competetor. Pud's time is slowly winding down. Shaw is the future of the sport for at least the next 4-5 years.
