I think it can be different for everyone, the 1st day wearing them was probably the worst and that still wasn't that bad for me, Put it this way I say that it's worth it:)

@sweetness159753 Sorry about the audio, I was using the cam and mic in my laptop to do this video, which isn't very good quality:(
No I didn't have them in this vid yet, I did this right before I got them like two days or something.
Iv'e been wearing them for little over a year....I finshed end of '09 and am on a "mid-term correction" I think is what they call it.
I will hopefully put a updated vid up soon:)
