Yes, they've played this tune hundreds of times but except for the beginning and the end each time they play it, it sounds different. This is the Modern Jazz Quartet, not the Modern Classical Music Quartet. It's a pity some people can't recognize the difference. R.I.P. John, Milt,Connie and Percy.....YOU WERE THE BEST in this genre
