This is an awesome video...thank you for posting and sharing. I did this in 2007 and am aiming to beat my time this year in 2008. Anybody that hasn't done this event, you really don't know what you are missing... volunteers were great, the whole thing was well executed... who cares that it was just a touch longer... it's all in good fun!

Thank You !!! I worked both days as a Volunteer. It was a fabulous experience. So many incredible triathletes pushing to their limits.Next time I go through the shoot I'll have a new appreciation for what it takes to make a race.

this was my first half iron and it was awesome to be a part of. the volunteers were excelent and the weather couldent have been better! i managed to finish in 5:46:33 with the extra 3 or 4 miles that were included lol
