I personally find it easier to sprint instead of hitting y twice but whatever floats your boat. As long as the bullets show up on the HUD display you can do anything that would disrupt the reload normally to "rush" the reload.

not really, the LMG's don't need it, most of the assualts don't need it, a good sniper shouldn't need it. Pretty much only for SMG's + a few of the assualts.

Learn how to type. I didn't say all snipers don't need it. Playing HC has no need for it, generally a body shot with the R700/50cal in normal mode will 1 hit kill, so yeah, a good sniper shouldn't need it. Your probably shit at sniping and always get glancing limb shots, I can see how that would confuse you.

no no no thats too annoying to do... this is how you can really do it : first you dont use up the full clip leaving a few rounds left in the clip, then you press reload and before you cok the gun you fire it. it takes a bit of practice but will do you good when you need to fire fast.

All your doing is skipping over the cocking part, since your reloading on empty. You can sprint as soon as you feed the clip in and it will do the same as what your showing.

if you are in a fire fight, hold the shoot button right trigger for xbox or L1 for ps3 while doing this and the time it takes to raload and shoot is even shorter than this, i do it the way it is in this video when i do not need to fire right away however.
