Pizzalchik has fucking terrible food. Slimy salads, bitter chicken and atrocious pizza. NOTHING they make is good or of quality. My recommendation for pizza is Flying Pie.

WORST place I've eaten at in Boise! I had the chicken and "garden" salad. The chicken was cold and had little flavor and the "garden" salad was just WEIRD! It looked like they threw all of the leftovers they had in the frig and add dressing. The "garden" salad had macaroni and all kinds of weird ingredients. It tasted TERRIBLE! I didn't taste the pizza, so it may be good, but why would I trust that?

Tuzthepenguinlnx is just a bitter child that lost his spot in such a cool place, he has to say horrible things about such a wonderful family to feel better about his place in life. Pizzalchik is a great place. The staff has fun, most have been there for at lease 2 years. It is like the cheers of Boise. GO PIZZALCHIK! Montana you are an awesome guy!

A lot of this is a lie. The elk is not local, it's from out-of-state. The pepper in the sausage is pre-ground. He lost some good employees after this, since it went to his head. Wouldn't pay people what they were worth. At least his wife is in a better place, so she doesn't have to deal with his arrogance or ignorance.

My friends and I went to Pizzalchik expecting what we saw on the food network, on their website, and from what most of the comments we read here. We were sadly disappointed. The chicken salad was interesting looking but the dressing was straight vinegar. The vegetables were limp and soggy. She couldn't eat it. I found the pizza so over cooked and greasy it made the thin crust limp. And very little cheese. Something seems to have changed and I'll never go back.

My wife and I stopped by yesterday on our way home from Washington. We had a pizza and it was great. Montana took our order and is a nice kid. After eating we spoke with Brad for a while. He seems to be a wonderful owner, good father, and all around nice guy.
