As a Phoenician, I will attest that sometimes it does only go down to 95 degrees at night. By morning rush hour, it is already 100 degree.

I live in the eastern time zone now, so it may have well been 10pm there, because I messed up my settings for Weatherstar. However, thats damn hot for 10pm or 2am. And, I equate it to living in Alaska...4 months of the year in AK, you cant go outside for more than a few minutes. Same with Phoenix, only during the summer. :)

At least when it's cold you can put on layers and feel warm (eventually)

When it's hot you can be butt naked and you'll still be hot as hell, plus get a bad sunburn.

Oh, totally...I lived in Minnesota from birth to age 29, so I know what you're talking about :) I dunno...I just loved AZ. The people, the climate (minus 115 degrees in the shade. I guess its all in the eye of the beholder :)
