That is why I refer to him as Asston cause that's how he behaved. He was arrogant and cocky and disrespectful and rude. He was laughing at how ridiculous his own case looked when Baez was shredding it up. He really showed a lack of class and integrity with his laughing at Baez' closing. Asston!

Then LDB gets back up to rebut and says that about them hoping the truth doesn't get lost in the rhetoric. WTF? and how many objections did they have to his close because he was destroying them? He literally tore their case up and back down.

@albatross Yeah that is the common denominator in this whole case: no evidence at all. The SA/LE had nothing to connect KC to anything at all but that didn't stop them from bringing charges.

@Lovesthemusic1 Tell it like it is! :) SkyblueAugust: KC has been assumed guilty and tried in the media and pinpointed as the only suspect from very early on. Just because the media would have you believe she is guilty and have found her guilty in the court of public opinion does not mean she IS guilty. Now you are welcome to believe whatever it is you wish to believe. We are all here hoping to get more information so that the truth may be revealed.

I will also not make comments on how cute Peanut and Blondie are because that has nothing to do with Casey topics. I don't recall saying move on from Casey. I was just saying let's expand our talks to other cases while Casey is getting her book together. Casey brought my molestation issues to the forefront. Am I allowed to talk about that?

@Lovesthemusic1 The world may be filled with liars, but the trial was about who killed poor little Caylee. All of the evidence points to Casey. It has nothing to do with liking her or not. It's just a matter of a young woman who killed her lovely child, then lied alot and got off in court. That's why people are so discomforted but it - the justice system failed to hold Casey accountable.

What really happened to baby Caylee. So I would ask you, does your hatred of KC make you uninterested in the truth of what really happened and who was really involved? There is more to this case then has been revealed and as has been mentioned there is sealed evidence...

That is why we are so angry about what happened with the Anthony's. It may take me 20 years to make a difference. But I am determined. And talking with you guys in here inspires me to take action. @Buderflykisses it's a possibility. They said if chloroform was used on the last day of her life, it may not have shown up. Don't know about other drugs though and what decomp would do to affect the drug results. I would think they'd still be in the bones but maybe not.

@lovesthemusic1 Oh yeah, I wish a lawsuit was filed against the SA for that stunt they pulled, trying to manipulate and fabricate "evidence" to convict KC when they knew they didn't have it or it wasn't confirmed. I too am very upset the A's are getting their dirty mitts on Caylee's law and anything else like that in the future. So wrong.

And you are right Buderflykisses that KC should be able to sue to retain all rights to Caylee and anything pertaining to her. Grandparents don't typically have those rights over the bio parent so that brings up the serious ? of IF Georgie is in fact the bio dad then he would have legal rights to Caylee as well. He would not just be the grandparent and Sin-D is attached to him.

And some victims of SA become very promiscuous as they believe their only value is sexually. There were some pics that were rumored to be part of an ad for an escort service that KC had posted somewhere. And of course Sin-D's comment upon finding out about the molestation "so that's where you learned to be a whore". I think this isn't a secret. Lots of evidence of it and it's most likely due to the sexual abuse she suffered.

Baez covered the reason why KC blocked out Caylee's death in his opening. She learned very early on to block out bad things and pretend they never happened. Also, in GAs interview with the FBI, they tell him they know what his daughter has been doing since she was 20 and they have thousands of pics of her, and GA says he already knew. It was not a secret to him.

Alright friends! Changing facts will not help. We didnt discover truths in time to save Caylee. Casy is now protected against Cin & Geo. There are other cases that we need to work on. Matt Leili has 2 little girls who needs our help! He murdered his wife, I am sure of it. There is a pedo on HLN who has custody of a beautiful little girl. Let's put our fact finding skills towards children who are still alive and need our help!

Maybe you would consider that KC may not be the guilty party in the death of her child. I am interested in what she has to say when she is ready to let people know what happened. I believe the defense account is closer to the truth then the made up prosecution theory.

Another possible theory: GA had been molesting caylee, so when she died they had to keep it a secret bc her body had evidence of sex and semen, stretched vaginal area, etc.

Or maybe she was going to try to dig something up but didn't know where to dig. Why is the only conclusion she was trying to bury Caylee? In broad daylight? And goes to borrow a shovel from a neighbor for all of 45 minutes and it has no soil samples? Too many gaps in that theory.

That doesn't make any sense because the neighbor testified she returned it after 45 minutes and was not sweating. And they tested the shovel: no positive soil sample. It's more reasonable she was trying to break into the shed to get something. I don't know for sure but I know for sure it makes no sense ZERO for the reason to be she tried burying Caylee. Doesn't fly with me.

WOW Buderflykisses, I didn't know Sin-d said that. How does she figure that Caylee wasn't Casey's? Because Georgie was the father through incest? Yeah, that won't fly because it's sick and I'm pretty sure he and Sin-d have no legal rights to use Caylee's name in any way. I would be SHOCKED if KC/JB didn't sue for the rights to Caylee.

So, let me get this straight after their granddaughter's skeletonized remains are found in a bag a few houses down, they immediately went to the Ritz-Carlton and had a lavish dinner then on a cruise (remember?), and immediately after their daughter's murder trial, they go to the Bahamas. And in between, they haven't worked at all.

I'm just so happy and proud of Jose and the whole team for their passion and dedication. They were and are KC's rock. They will be her support system. She's done with the A's. Mason said she has had no desire to speak to any of them in a long time and not to her father since he went to the grand jury. These people are her family now. And they will look out for her, which is why I don't buy a thing this Al Taylor says. $1 million is pocket change and Baez was adamant on Geraldo he was displeased

Did you know she refers to them as her family? Well I can see why. They have fought for her and stood up for her unlike anyone had previously. I think she looks up to Mason as that father figure and she sees Jose as her hero and her protector. And of course he is a very good looking Latin man which we know KC adores.

The shovel thing is a huge mystery that is going to drive us all crazy until we figure it out. It's def odd but I think LovesTheMusic is close. As for KC being flirtatious with Jose, yeah that look at sentencing was WOW! I think she could be in love with him, just like the rest of us here are. He was so amazing to watch and he is the best thing to ever happen to KC and the whole defense team.

Given Casey's history, she would only know how to interact with men in a sexual or flirtatious manner. Children of incest believe they are only "valued" for their sexuality and have nothing else to offer. I did notice Casey was flirting with Baez; not certain it was returned. If Baez is a man of salt, he will understand this is a pathetic child that needs help, not another "lover."

I have gone thru yrs of therapy. Bec of my child S.A. I became reclusive and was scared to death of sex and men, I even had an eating disorder. With perps it is all about control. I was just blown away by Jose during closing and watching that "not guilty" verdict come in was almost a religious experience; I really felt that God (truth) was with them and the good guys won. Was very nervous the entire trial when it seemed he couldn't even form a coherent sentence, and I DO wish he had put G&C's feet to the fire (never really did), but he's my hero! I'm sure KC's a little in love with him; how could she not be after this? Hope they don't stop investigating; the murderer?

Nique and Matt Leili is the next case to follow - Atlanta GA. Matt filed divorce & custody of 9yr & 12yr old girls while body was missing. 911 call 3 weeks before missing report was just released. I want to save 9 & 12 yr old from a father/murderer.
