  • @aYsDigital Not sure about ingenious but it certainly is a great way to get a quick read on a creek, or ditch, gully, etc. Track the source of the treasure in less time. Thank you for the comment.

  • Hey yall I am glad I found your videos they were great help. I am new at prospecting I am working a old creek bed that has no water in it I am about 2 miles from the Haile gold mine. I am finding so much more color then I see in yalls video I need to know how to get this stuff faster other then using a pan could you tell me the best way or what would you do and where can I sell it at so I can get some money to but the stuff I need. Thanks

  • @ashley41414141 Good for you, Ashley. It's often not hard to find more gold than we do. Some days are better than others. Sending you a PM. Thanks for the comment.

  • can you make a living by doing this?

  • @edike You can make a living prospecting if you have access to good gold bearing areas. It's hard work and some days are better than others. I wouldn't quit a job to do this full time. Consider it a hobby and you will be happier.

  • @indyme2 yeah i figured...wells till worth asking cuz i never really knew how much u can make a day a week...im sure there are very good days and days when u dont get much.. what was the most u ever made a day?

  • @edike Most of the larger and easier material was gotten by the early miners and most of the gold here is fine. You can do $200-250 per day if you dredge and put in some long hours. My best day was about $300.

  • @indyme2 200 a day sounds good

  • The plastic ring you see in the bicycle rim is a piece of c900 commercial water pipe.Probably 14 inch inside diameter.Doing a good job guys keep up the hard work.

  • @MrGaterbait2 Thanks for the info and for the comment also. We appreciate it!

  • @SamAdsUk Thanks SamAdsUk. We love doing them and getting out with so many different people. We learn from each other, find gold and have fun doing it!

  • this makes me wanna go out and find some damn gold!

  • @ItMightBeAChicken Go get you some!! Show us what you find!

  • @indyme2

    im gonna be rich!

  • id love to do that,,

  • THAT IS SO AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @TheJunkSlam Thanks! More videos are on the way. We are tracking amethyst with the Saruca, this weekend. Hope to hit the jackpot.

  • I want to thank You, Nugget and your friends for teaching us instead of just bragging like some others do here on Youtube. I have watched all of your films except for the fishing trip and I have learned a lot from you guys. Can you tell me where to find the plastic ring for the saruca and does it have a name? I cant find it at lowe's or home depot.

  • @philstat100 A good, cheap substitute for the green plastic ring is made from a five gallon bucket and some screen. One of my friends made one that way and it works great. Or you can use PVC but it is expensive. I even saw one made of wood. We aren't selling anything. We just like to share information and hope it will help others. More videos are on the way....soon, I hope! Work keeps cutting into our play time.

  • Wow Jerry now find me something to make for you folks, hell man I need so work lol. No kidding boss you know I have CNC mills , lathes, and all sorts of fabrication stuff from welders to all kinds of cutting. Thanks and good to hear and see you again boss. Reach me at "ChucknSC@yahoo.com". I can help you guys better than other shops because shop is paid for so I don't have any bills other than power, and I'm working on that,,,LOL

  • @sc6chuck9 Thanks Chuck. We will contact you on the next project. Will have to stop by and see you one day.

  • Anytime:-D Come on!!

  • very cool unit ..looks great for gemstone recovery..witch we get lots of . but lose most of it ..what is the price of one..

  • @stingray8213 I think they run about 65 dollars, stingray8213. Terry is also gearing up with something similar but I don't know the price yet. This thing is great for gemstones. It led us to a great sapphire location. We will do a video on that soon. Thanks for watching, Sir.

  • Jerry! That was awesome! Now that I have come out of the dark ages I am gonna watch your videos on YT, lol! AWESOME job, man!! Makes me miss you:-D

  • @davinavb Miss you too Ms. D. Thanks for watching. We will have to do a gold panning video featuring you, in Colorado!

  • * G * R * E * A * T * !!!

  • I does seem cool, but have to say... It looks A LOT like the same thing my wife uses to keep grease from splattering all over when she's makin bacon for supper. Granted her's aint got no bicycle wheel screwed on it, but this does gice me a good idea... for both prospecting AND Breakfast! Keep the videos coming, there great.

  • @AuggieDogProduction LOL! You are making me hungry and giving me gold fever. How are things in Idaho.? Should be warm enough for you to get out and start shooting and prospecting. Looking forward to seeing more of your great videos.

  • Very interesting video. I always like seeing new products. Thanks for the video!

    Great as always!

  • @rblood50 Thanks rblood50. I enjoy checking out new methods and different products. It's great to share the experience with a fantastic YT family.

  • Great to see a video from you Indy! I look forward to seeing your next one always.

I have never seen or heard of a product like this. It sure worked good. I'm going to give it a try. Thanks Indy!

  • @iFishVideos Thanks Roger. I am going to try the saruca at a sapphire location I know of. Sapphire is heavy so it should work well. Will post a video of the adventure. Maybe I'll get rich? :)

  • awesome.. good to see you fella's back......no nugget this time is he at the pub????

  • @pogobull Thanks pogobull. Old Nugget is working in his girlfriends yard. I think he's a little too old to be chasing women but it's Spring and the sap is rising. Going to do a new video with Nugget soon, maybe in Creek #5.

  • Hey, went out for my first dig today. learned alot and found a little gold. Hope your doing well

  • @afatbiker You will never be the same. Gold fever has no cure. I hope you hit a honey hole and get more gold than you can carry. Good luck with the prospecting.

  • Thanks back for the reply. I called Joyce and told her about your video. Your'e right, she is a nice lady. Take care.

  • @sheadnike Joyce is such a nice lady. Great service on the phone and super quick shipping. I am going to try the Saruca at a sapphire location I know. Hope to find a nice stone to send her. If not, I will send her one anyway for the great service. Thanks Joyce! Hope to meet you someday.

  • Great video !. Thanks

  • @nebraskagoldhunter Thanks! Are you headed to South Dakota this summer? Would like to see some video of your adventures.

  • @indyme2 Going up next weekend, and will have a video shorty after. Thanks

  • Four years ago I lived in Charleston (actually Sullivan Isld.) and never dreamed there would be gold in SC. I now live in San Diego where there is some a little east of here and in the mountains towards Julian. I appreciate the info on the Saruca in a later video and plan to order one for myself. Keep up the great videos with your friends as these are good times for memories later!

  • @Docdaugh I lived on Johns Island but knew there was gold in the upstate since the early 70's. Actually lived in California too. The saruca is a cool way to get a quick read on a creek or river. We are using it to "map" our new project before we start. I have lots of prospecting friends and enjoy and appreciate the company of each. Thanks for taking the time to comment Doc.

  • Interesting! Well made video! :)

  • @icollectstuffdude Thanks for the comment. It was a quickie but not too shabby. Terry just needs to learn how to speak up instead of whispering! Appreciate the comment icollectstuffdude.

  • Really awesome video!!

I want one of those, might try to make one to be honest.

  • @rsisawesome80 I figured many would want to do one of their own too. That's why I included the measurements. The screen mesh is either 8 or 16 depending on what you want to use it for. Good luck with the project and thanks for the comment.

  • Great video :)

  • @MichaelSwan66 Thanks Michael! More are on the way. BTW, your videos are great too.

  • Another very good shoot from the hip video! Similar concept of cutting one 5 gallon bucket. Trimming the top portion of the ribbed section of the bucket, then taking the same amount off the actual remainder piece of the now top end ribbless bucket end. Then having two rings of plastic bucket on hand you cover / drape window screen (.030 mesh) on the lower section of ring, then slide the ribbed section on over which is a tapered fit, and will be a press fit. Picture a tube within a tube concept.

  • @OPENPEEPER Thank you, Sir. Bo actually made and uses one just like you described. Terry bought his many years ago. I think alot of people will want to make one. That's why all the different shots and measurements. Appreciate the comment.

  • Well made video. Loved the music too!

  • @Docdaugh Thanks Docdaugh. We were punching quick holes with the dredge to try to get a read on the creek. This seems to be a fast way to see if we are in the right place or not. We are finding gold where we least expect it and not so much, where it should be. The picker showed up on one of the flips. Appreciate your viewing and comment.

  • I love the quality of your videos!

  • @Mrcoynz Thank you Mrcoynz. This was a spur of the moment kind of video and I didn't have any sound equipment with me. Bo, Rusty and Terry are real "characters" and amazing treasure hunters. I like to learn from everyone and enjoy sharing my experience. Thank you, Sir, for the nice comment.
