couple of issues..

Firstly the piercer should not of left you to hold the clamp

Secondly, he should of marked where the needle would be going through prior to clamping your lip to ensure you were happy with the placement of the piercing

And lastly, I understand everyone is different with their pain tolerance etc etc, but seriously, that piercing shouldn't of hurt you at all, would suggest you change piercers. I've got 22 piercings, never had any of them numbed, and none of them have hurt much.

You're not supposed to pierce with hoops. 1. Your lip needs to swell and hoops do not provide enough room to swell. 2. after the swelling, it can cut into your lip. and 3. Your lip can heal shaped as a hoop on the inside. Yep. Who would want that? And I don't see how you said it hurt SOOO bad. It was nothing.
