Will someone with money bring back "originality" to TV????!!!! TV today is total SH1T compared to what it once was.

I miss the old TV38, before it was UPN and now whatever it is....Independent channels are a rarity these days. I lived in Providence , Rhode Island and got this channel in. Later i got a roof antenna and the singnal was superb.

We used to have to fight to get WSBK in East Providence, RI if the weather wasn't "just so" on our antenna before we got cable when I was a kid. I remember how much of a pain it was to watch on the old B&W set we had in my room if my parents wanted to watch something different on the color TV because all the B&W had was an old "bow tie" UHF antenna that clipped onto the VHF rabbit ears. It was always an art more than a science to get the antenna in the sweet spot! Thanks for the memories!

Those must have been shown between late 86 and 93. I lived in NJ during those times and never saw We Don't Knock when I was in MAss.
