I guess you are right. The thief on the motorcycle might have a good reason for stealing the purse from that lady. Maybe he's a modern day Robin Hood. And it looks like those Chinese people are beating the crap out of him, but if you look closely you can see that they are just trying to donate furniture to Robin so he can bring it to needy people.
