We have the similar siren for all emergency cars, but they sounds differently. You can heard Tinnnnnnnndinnnnnnnn or tindin tindin, etc... but now they are going to mix the french and american siren because the french is not very good to heard.

Technically, they are not ambulances ambulances are white and they belong to "SAMU" or "ASSU". They would also use a different siren. These here are called "VSAV" which is "Emergency Patient Transportation Vehicle (belong to the Fire Department).
