@Allikiza That's why I took up the role of support for back-up for phase fights. I usually brought Blackrose/Gardenia as my attackers why I stood back healing.

europe misses out on alot of games that have been translated to english the only problem is sometimes people cant be bothered to transfer them cross regions :(

The only up that GU had over the original is that you could go with multiple weapon types. songs, side missions, (not gameplay; GU improved it, but I would like a bit more variety in casting skills), bosses, storyline (overall), and characters are all better in the original. GU has voice acting, very little music, server town SIZE!!!, and gameplay by a slight. If the good aspects were combined, it'd be great. It just needs to keep the unbelievable amount of variety from the first four.

I'd like you all to know, for true .hack game, the MMO would need to be almost completely immersive, you'd have to actually believe you were the character.

If you've seen avatar, think like the "consciouness transfer" of someones mind to their avatar, it would be like you going into your character.

Such a thing in an online game would only exist if it were lagless though

i. hated this f8cker. when i got the chance to data drain him (after like an HOUR of freaking course) he used a skill, and went underground INSTANTLY after, and as soon as he came up, PROTECTION RESTORED. took me like another 30 mins to finaly win...

G.U. just.. wasn't the same. The only up that i was happy about was playing as Skeith once in a while but I liked playing as kite. :(

If someone could make a game like dot hack as an MMO i would TOTALLY PLAY IT.

It would be cool... Random dungeons.... And maybe "bugged" monsters that have like x5 stats and drop crazy cool stuff.

Full customizable characters would have to be necessary too. Like THOUSANDS OF OPTIONS.

Maybe even a once a year event feturing the Cursed wave to earn a bonus ability/ summon or even the ability to temporarily transform into the phase or some thing....it seems I've been rambling @~@ but aye, I agree with you man.

@watchNHK character customization in "The World" is pretty simple actualy, as seen in the GU wen haseo designed his character, players choose from one of many character bases based on their class (Liked 50 choices each) and then choose skin color,etc. hair style from lots of choices, face specifics (like WKC) and then that hair color, from there it's clothes design, choose from multiple pieces to put on, color it, and then create that class' starter weapon, and you have your character

It kind of does look like a sea serpent, like Leviathan from Final Fantasy, but I honestly was thinking snake instead. ^^ Tarvos looks like an undead monster doesn't it? And I forgot this guy can bleed blood from his eyes. 0_o This guy really was the scariest despite all others. 0_o Dude, the avatars look so different, and Skeith made the least change while Gorre made the biggest. Scary in this one, but cute in G.U. because of Sakubo. It would be funny seeing them using the original. Cool too.

Hell yeah! :D But honestly, you have to admit that Skeith, Gorre, and Cubia were at least slightly creepy, especially Gorre. Skeith and Cubia are scary because they look like they symbolize Skeith, and in the case of Skeith, he DOES symbolize death. But yeah, even Cubia does because his head looks like a skull. Despite the monsters in the original, .Hack//G.U. actually seemed darker and more grown up with all the PKs and the AIDA stuff, you know? But yeah, most/all of .Hack is pretty dark..
