that about sums up paying a collection agency. if people could only see the uneducated buffoon on the other end of the phone sitting in his/her cramped cubicle, they would pay who ever they owe direct. any monkey can get a job at a collection agency, it pays shit and requires no education, drug screen or background check. most debt collectors have worst credit that the people they call-that a fact. dont let collections happen to you, stay in school!!!
