its called Half Acre i believe from an album called called Rabbit Songs by a group called Hem. I think....i may be wrong about some of the specifics but googling those words should point you in the right direction.
Maybe the Location Scout for the commercial knew the area would work, because there is a lack of traffic, so it would be easier to get a permit to shut down the area, AND the building looks good in the shot. I have to scout locations for my commercial photography shoots all the time, so I could see that happening.
I'm curious...if you had scouted for this commercialm, which is for a huge company, would you have picked the building knowing it was a porn theatre up until a few years ago? I'm seriously interested. And thanks for your comment. Ronnie
