Actually I just spent my first day learning SQLi and I've had a very good success rate. Even trying random sites with ?id= I hit a major one on only my second site.

Still I've found over half a dozen vulnerable sites in under 1hr looking+playing.... script kiddie'ing really

Lol, just use intval and mysql_real_escape_string in PHP and youll be safe most of the time. Also when selecting use intval and addslashes if you use POST or GET variables

And i found how many column in that website.

After i inject union , nothing happen.

The password you extracted from the database is probably encrypted (MD5 hash) so you have so decrypt it first
