  • the way u talk ,really makes me motivated ....thanks.

  • Great video and tips. Thanks, Alycia. I adore you and I thank God I stumble upon your site. I don't understand how anyone can dislike your videos. God bless

  • @cyndi6c2 Thank you very much...I appreciate your kind words...thanks for watching...I air a new episode every Monday, Wednesday & Friday...hope you continue to watch :) Be well. Alycia

  • How can i lose the weight in my lower abdomen? I’ve been having such a hard time, and the lower abdomen is really my main problem area..

  • @TheGlamBarbie Many things I suggest...Stress increases abdominal fat (are you stressed?) If so, try some relaxation techniques like deep breathing everyday. the food you eat also matters GREATLY! What is an example of a days intake? Exercises including cardio and strength are key. Cardio will decrease your size and strength training will improve tone and strength. Are you currently exercising? Be well. Alycia

  • @EmpowerYourBody Thanks for replying! Yes, i am actually going to the gym for about 1hour and 30mins every other day, so about 5 days a week i exercise. I don’t like running too much, i usually do about 20mins of cardio on a treadmill and move on to weights and crunches...is this ok? or should i be doing more time on the treadmill?

  • @TheGlamBarbie As long as you arent working with really heavy weight...the key is to be able to perform 8-10 reps with some challenge...anything harder may make your muscles bigger ( at least right now )>> :) Be well. Alycia

  • Its EXTREMLY hard for me to lose weight...I'm a really picky girl...Literally...The only veggie i like is Patatoes and i dont like fruits..but i'll eat bananas and apples so i have to eat foods that aren't particulary healthy otherwise i'd be straved at all times...Any helpful tips you could share with me? I'm DESPERATE to get a flatter stomach! PLEASE!

  • @TanyaAndBri Wow...no fruits or veggies! Ok, I suggest juicing your vegetables or including your fruits in a smoothie. These are great ways to get the benefits without actually eating the fruit or veggie. Move your body in a healthy sustained consistent safe way and drink lots of water. Also, my ab exercise videos are a great way to help...please consult your physician prior to beginning any new routine :) Be well. Alycia

  • thanku :) will report bak to you soon :)

  • @fossil59335 Great :) Be well. Alycia

  • hey Alyciaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa i had measurements session today i have reduced lyk 3 inches :) :) :) feeling so awesome :) thaannnnkkkkkuuuuuu and one more help now please that is how do i start gaining strength now i want to be able to lift load and be more flexible esp my mid or lower back i cant bend it inwards ie towards my stomach at all means really not a bit :) pls help :)

  • @fossil59335 Congrats on the measurements!!!! In order to gain strength you have to specifically address the different muscle groups you are looking to improve by heavier weight and fewer reps. Try all different activities for major muscles that allow you to only perform 4-6 reps. That is generally how to get stronger. Flexibility will improve if you simply stretch daily (only when you are warm) Hope that helps. be well. alycia

  • what exactly would be the difference between core n ab strengthening ?? is it like ab is a subset of core ?? n mixed into circuit training would mean what ?? can i see your tv episodes on youtube ?? if yes then what channel is it n timings ?? thanku Alycia keep rocking :)

  • @fossil59335 Core is abs, lower back and hip muscles. Abs are abs. You can include abs and core into any circuit training exercise program. My show on youtube anyone can see...my show on tv is only in the nyc area. Be well. alycia

  • one more ques :) i have alil tummy bulge guessing its fat n i m 50kgs so m i suppose to reduce more weight and do cardio first or can i tone n strengthen along wid reduce tummy fat n do cardio after resistance training ?? what do you suggest the best for me :) thankyou

  • @fossil59335 Maintaining a certain level of cardio is great to improve heart health, so I would never stop. Regarding your mid-section, I would do core and ab strengthening exercises mixed into a curcuit training routine. Hope that helps. :) be well. Alycia

  • Alycia your are really nice n i l be glad to help you if ever need my help if you come to India anytime :) :)

  • @fossil59335 :) Thank you. Actually a friend of mine is an attorney in New York City and he quit quite abruptly and is now in Calcutta teaching children :) Be well. alycia

  • heyloooooooooooooooooooooooo Alycia cant help it as you answer one question few more pop up :) :) how often should you change your weekly exercise schedule or can you continue doing the same thing for a year ??? what i mean is you have a weeks routine and each day you work out for different parts but you do the same exercises and increase the weights with time. so is it k to continue like tat or should you change exercises after a period of time :)

  • @fossil59335 It is great that you are actually exercising that often....really, its great. However, to be most effective and efficient with your time, I suggest changing up your routine every time you exercise. I know this can be challenging, but the reward if great!!! Be well. alycia

  • hehehe two more things doing cardio is better after weights n other exercises or before or just warming up bfr weights n then proper cardio once you done wid weightsn other exercises ??? n have you uploaded any strength gaining exercises for shoulders n lower back ?? :) thankyou Alycia you have been really nice n helpful :)

  • @fossil59335 Hi. I am glad I can help :) I do have videos on shoulders and lower back, please search my videos and I am sure you can find them. Sorry, I dont know how to send you the link :( Regarding your question, it depends on your goals. If your goal is to lose weight, do cardio first. If your goal is to tighten, tone and strengthen then resistance training should be done first. Either way, you must warm up first. Be well. Alycia

  • yea i do feel gud and its all thanx to you so thankyou sooo much Alycia :)

  • @fossil59335 I am so happy that you are feeling gooood :) But it is all because of you :) Be well. alycia

  • i have been taking whey for the last 3 or 4 days once half an hr bfr the exercise i dont knw how much it works but it cld be mentally or physically i do feel energetic..bt i was told its better to take it within 45 mins afta exercise i did ab 6 days a week but then i really dont knw if there is a difference :( i do 50 mins cardio with abs daily then including two days ab n lower bak, once chest n bak, twice legs, once shoulders biceps triceps...but stomach is still not gettin flat :(

  • @fossil59335 I suggest getting a physical just to clear any metabolic issues. After that, consider how many calories you are consuming....you may be eating more than you think. In the end, its how you feel that determines your health...do you feel good?

  • hey two more questions pls :) is it oki to do ab exercises 6 times a week ?? like two days lil more vigorous n the remaining 4 days comparatively less and i wanted to knw bout taking whey supplement. When is supplement required and exactly for what is it required and should you take it with water or low fat milk and bfr or afta work out ?? thankyou :)

  • @fossil59335 Hi. I never suggest or advise my clients to take anything...I am kind of "au naturale". Generally, performing abs is like any other muscle group, I always suggest at least 1-2 days of rest. Specifically, everyone is different. Do you currently take whey and have you seen success with 6 days of abs? What else do you do? Be well. Alycia

  • i m not sure if the video i found is the one you are talking about...its just you standing n talking about breathing bout how to involve the transverse muscle...is that the one or are there more ?? thanks again :)

  • @fossil59335 if you check out our playlists and go to the abs one, you will find everything you need to get the rock hard abs you want..

  • hey thanku soooo much :) i m 5- 2 n a half n weigh about 50 kgs kinda in shape except for the slight tummy bulge so i tried doing crunches but just couldnt lift my shoulders enuf n i dont feel anythin in my abdomen afta the exercise apart frm that i run on treadmill at the speed of 8.4 for 25 mins n cross trainer for 20 mins for 6 times a week n i maintain a real healthy diet so i have gained stamina but i m just not able to reduce my tummy ::::::( plssss help :) n thanku soo much :)

  • @fossil59335 There are many different things you can do to improve the tone and strength in your tummy besides crunches. I suggest some of my breathing exercises...if you search my videos...for lower abs you should be able to find it. It is really to confusing for me to simply write...its better if you watch the video. Then after you have gained some deep strength I think you might be able to do the crunches. Tell me when you find the video. Thanks Be well. Alycia

  • hey really thank you for the reply :) sorry to bother you with on more question that is how do i gain more strength ?? do you have any videos for it here ??

  • @fossil59335 hi....never a bother, i am glad i can help :) Gaining strength is very important however I am unsure as to where exactly you would like to gain. Overall? If so, yes, I have many videos for improving strength...sorry I dont know how to send a link, but if you search my videos you will definitely find some. Keep me updated please. Be well. alycia

  • heylo luv the way you do the exercises makes it look so easy..i got a problem that is i did see your abdominal breathin video for tummy reduction now i m comfortable with it but the problem is when i try to do crunches i m not able to lift my shoulder part how do i start or begin with that so that i can lift myself more durin crunches thanks alot :)

  • @fossil59335 Well. the easy answer is you have to gain more strength. As you gain more you will be able to lift more. Don't give up or quit....with more and more practice you will be able to do it. Be well. Alycia

  • I Have One Question How Long Dose It Take To Get Abs With Your Vids? I Want To Go Back To School Fit!! (: I Have 6 Weeks :/

  • @vanelovesyou3 Well it depends on many factors....your current medical and physical condition, your eating habits, your motivation, your specific goals, and how often you can exercise. If you answer these questions, I will help you further. Be well. Alycia
