Nice mate! Love the toms. What heads are you using on them and how do you have them tuned?

@ljerichol I believe I was using Remo Pinstripes at the time. I tune my heads to resonate with my shells. I find where the individual toms "sing".

I also like the 3/4 bar. My ear just wants to jump into a 6/8. If I had to guess Deftones had a significant influence on this project.

@austy081488 Mixing drums is a delicate process. Raw drum tone can be very noisy and full of overtones. I use high end mics for my work. Shure beta 52, shure sm 57, audio technica mbdk6's and I use audio technica at4040's for my overheads. Using good microphones respond better to the particular drums which makes mixing a lot easier and better sounding. It's an art and a science.
