  • Well, he's a better Batman than Clooney was.

  • Upload it in HQ

  • I never knew about this when was it released? How many seasons it went?

  • Message to Nolan:

This is how you make a Batman movie.

  • @LittleSn00py No. I literally facepalmed at this comment.

  • @LittleSn00py Uhh, Nolan has made the best Batman movies ever. lol

  • Yeah it's so great, i belive it was in the Superbowl season when does it... That it's a thing that I listen...

  • This "commercial-movie" is better than every real Batman-movie so far! Most masculine Batman actor, hottest Vicki Vale, coolest villians, most mystical ambience!

  • only one problem batman..... Because your onstar uses AMPS mobile phone tech, all your safety and driving features expired in 2008. Tough luck.

  • @luigi2999 The same time Darkseid "killed" him

  • THIS IS AWESOME!

  • Hey it's Booger

  • This is awesome. Vicky Vale is hot.

  • Why couldn't have burtons' and schowmalker's batman movies hav ebeen like this?

  • @ceitiosaurus What's wrong with the Burton movies?

  • @Talvrae Well In da 1st film joker killed bruce's parents which is inaccurate. Jack nicholson didn't have a very high laugh and the joker got killed. and the 2nd film while it was good too had it's down sides as well which I can't explain but a review from "Geekevolution" can. And of course everybody has it in for the last two films.

  • This is Batman !

  • WATCH,`:FREE:;.MOVIES,;,ONLINE!'`:

  • That was the saddest Joker imitation I've ever seen. The dude playing Batman was awesome, though.

  • honestly, they should've made another film with him as Batman. I mean, after Keaton, he SHOULD've been Batman, cause I could believe him as the Dark Knight: The voice, the sound, his body (which you can totally tell underneath that suit) and the characterization. It was perfect. He even had the dark yet zany comic book feel of the 90s and I loved that. It's a walking orgasm for comic fans and they passed on him? YOU SUCK WARNER BROTHERS!

  • Wow, this is better than Batman & Robin!

Bruce Thomas should have been Batman. I can really see his potential in this, and he shows more personality in two minutes than Val Kilmer did in the whole third movie!

  • i don't what anyone else says tim burton's batomobile and danny elfman's score should be in all batman media.

  • @woollybully100 I agree. I mean, look at Batman: The Animated Series. That had its own theme, true, but I a lot of Elfman's stuff was in it.

  • @jacksonwilliams19 yep and the music they did create is atleast worthy to carry the name batman theme and holds its ground against Elfman's, even if it doesn't QUITE match his score it does a worthy job.

Something Elliot Goldsmith and Hans Zimmer couldn't do, good sounding themes in general just appear really bad when compared to the Danny Elfman theme.

  • MY GOD! STEPHEN HAWKINS IS THE RIDDLER!!! 0:42

  • @chubbylilloser85 It's Brian Stepanek.

  • Use Onstar. If it's good enough for Batman, its good enough for you.

  • Bruce Thomas IS batman!!!

  • CAST LIST

    Batman - Bruce Thomas

    Curtis Armstrong - Joker

    Vicki Vale - Brooke Burns

    The Riddler - Brian Stepanek

Alfred Pennyworth - Michael Gough (who played Alfred alongside Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer and George Clooney)

    No idea about Penguin yet

  • Very well done assemblage of the commercials, the sets and costumes looked great and Andrew Davis was a damn good Batman! And was that Matt Frewer as the Riddler?

  • @DoctorPretorious616 the guy who played Batman was not Andrew Davis, his name is Bruce Thomas, he had a minor role as Batman in the not so successful Birds of Prey series

  • Now that's a batvoice. Are you listening Mr. Bale?

  • uh, .........so OnStar is Oracle?

  • @redbomb5070 i lol'd!

  • Cool Joker.

  • @pyrogyra72 Believe it or not, that Joker (A really cool Joker in my opinion also), was played by Curtis Armstrong, A.K.A. Booger from Revenge Of The Nerds! Cheers.

  • Joker driving the Caprice. Awesome!

  • chick is hot but she is nooo kim basinger.

  • Would've been nice to see Michael behind the mask for these ads... but what was up with the flame out the back? Were they trying to imitate the Batman forever batmobile on the original? Just looked silly :P Thanks for the upload. I never seen these ads before ^_^

  • 37: ARWIN!

  • Love these commercials!

  • Anyone know who played Batman in these commercials? I thought he was good. Would have preferred him to Clooney or Kilmer. NOT to say that Kilmer and Clooney aren't good actors - just that they were terrible choices for the role of Batman.

  • The actor's name is Bruce Thomas

  • @DavidTyler1 Bruce Thomas.

  • @DavidTyler1 bruce thomas

  • He looks like a good Batman!

  • this was awesome directed by andrew davis of under siege and fugitive fame! this is the tone the movies should have stayed!!!!!!!!

  • Kool vid but does anyone think the Joker looks a little like Jay Leno in this?

  • this was do it by fans? or what? look very amateur work but is good better than Batman and robin

  • oh yeah, I know a lot of amateur filmmaker with a BATMOBILE in their garage. This is obviously a commercial for ONSTAR.

What are you, blind? Retarded? Or both? I pick both. I prescribe you ANAL RAPE and then EAR RAPE. This treament shall be given by an aids-infected Gorilla.

  • What is your problem lol? Don't go apeshit because someone makes a simple mistake or asks a question.

  • He's better than Clooney ever was xD

  • true

  • ITS PAYDAY BOYS

  • Very nice.

  • lol great

  • Hmm......how come Bruce Campell was never Batman in any of the movies, he would've been better than Kilmer in "Forever".

  • ...because Campbell was like 15 when these were made.

  • Actually he was in his late teens-early twenties during The Evil Dead (1982), so he'd been twenty something when Batman auditions were begining. I just guess being Batman in the movies didn't interest him....

  • No, not at all. YOu are so wrong. Go kill yourself

  • it was a guess. not to be taken seriously. calm down.

  • It was stupid fucking guess and you're a moron. If you think Bruce Campbell was 15 when these commercial were made, you obviously have no cinema knowledge, wich wouldnt be that bad if you kept your mouth shut. You obviously said Campbell was 15 just to be a smart ass, so fuck you and die

  • Actually, It was just an estimation of age and at least i know how to spell and i dont have to swear to look tough.

  • @sandmanzcommin08 his name isn't Campbell, it's Thomas, Bruce Thomas

  • On star made an intresting comericals.

  • Alfred riddler joker penguin. very nice

  • Who is the lady playing Vicki?

  • I wish I could've gotten a better view of The Penguin, but Riddler and Batman were very well done!!

Can't say the same about the Joker though...

  • is that bruce campbell?

  • Batman? no, it's the same dude from Birds of Prey, you can find his name on wikipedia or IMDB.

  • @fobmachine21 no, Bruce Thomas

  • That was great, thank you.

  • HA! I use to get all giddy when these commercials would come on as a kid.

  • i remember seeing these when i was like 6, i didn't know they were for on-star or whatever..i would get so excited cause i thought maybe it was a new movie! good times...

  • That was crazy. i never knew that On Star did that

  • vicky bale looks mad high maintenance

  • good voice for batman

  • This is pretty much the awesomest ad campaign ever. I can't believe it took them until 2000 for a car-related company to realize that they could use the Batmobile in their ads!

  • ONSTAR: How can we help you?

    Bring back Oldsmobile!!!! Out.

  • i remember these.They pretty good.

  • check out the OnStar parody on my page

  • they use the suit from batman forever

the cave from batman and robin...even a guy that sounds like george clooney

and a batmobile from batman and batman returns

    nice how they incorporate all

  • @r3lvly actually The Batsuit that was featured in the commercials was an altered one that George Clooney wore in Batman & Robin.

  • @r3lvly Well they had to recoup the costs of B&R's losses somehow.

  • I believe that is the same batman who played batman on the birds of prey tv show

  • Yes it is. I remember when BoP came out, the same actor was used in the flashback montage.

  • damn, who is Vicky Vale

  • She's played by 'Brooke Burns' who was in Baywatch.

  • This is what Batman Forever could have been.

  • depressing isn't it =P

  • THAT WAS KICK ASS

  • Wait a minute... That's Brian Stepanek (Arwin from The Suite Life) as the Riddler.

  • Is it some kind of odd coincidence that the actor who played The Batman in these commercials is named Bruce Thomas?

  • Maybe, haha.

He also played the part on the shortlived live-action Birds of Prey.

  • Now that is odd. He should've gotten the job in the third movie instead of Val Kilmer.

  • He is uncannily reminiscent of keaton...only younger and probably more attractive (can't really tell from just the mouth). No offense to Keaton, but he's not what you describe as "classically handsome"

  • Makes me wonder if Batman Begins would've been created if Keaton had played Batman all the way through to Batman Forever and Batman & Robin.

  • Probably not, because itwould've remained a bankable franchise...thinking of it that way, we are ironically indebted to Schumacher. Without the awfulness of Batman and Robin we'd never have got the Nolan series brings a whole new meaning to:

"Why do we fall? So we can learn to pick ourselves back up again" =P

  • And let's not forget: "The people deserve to have their faith rewarded." Or something to that effect.

  • who was that guy on the helicopter? Penguin? Mad hatter? who?

  • Penguin

  • it should have been two-face

  • why two-face

  • cause he is AWESOME

  • 00:45

They used Tim Burton's Batmobile but still left in Joel Schumacher's nipples?! Oh well, I still love all these Onstar commercials. Kind of interesting to see the Burton/Schumacher films mixed together.

  • I want that Batmobile as my car that's the best fuckin way to travel

  • Micheal Keaton was the best Batman ever, Tim Burton did good on both movies, and so has nolan, although we can all agree that Heath was the better Joker, by far, ahehe he ha ha ho ho ha he

  • thats was really cool, shame about the bat nipples tho

  • lol i remember the joker one "he'll never learn"

  • LOL excellent adds!!

    very late

  • very late...

    LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I remember seeing the one with the Joker on TV and was amazed that they did a commercial withthe Tim Burton styled Batman in 2001.

  • Gotta love Leno as Joker.

  • That's Curtis Armstrong (Booger from Revenge of the Nerds) playing the Joker.

  • is that Riddler Jim Carrey?

  • i like it

  • Batman Returns was -and is- a masterpiece.

  • we can all agree that the four definitive batman movies are, origin -begins, and DK, and as his career progressed- batman, and batman returns, tim burton and nolan were epic, shumacher made toy commercials

  • Wow - those were soo good. lol. Wicked .

  • tim burtons batman were great but nolan films are much more deep and close to the comics.

the man who we must kill is joel shumaker or whatever his name was,tha fag fuck up all the saga burton created.

  • spiderfreddie- WTF? How old are you? Obviously you must be very young since you spell worth a shit. Holy moly. It was painful trying to decipher your bizarre comment. That's fine if you like Forever over Begins but shit dude, learn how to form a sentence and spell correctly. What a trip! Does your mommy know you're on the internet? LOL!

  • Is that the Joker in a helicopter at the end? Why's he making bird noises?

  • Duh. Cause he's crazy

  • plus its the penguin

  • the penguin

  • @DoctorDavison Well what do you think he's the penguin.

  • aww just shows how much a true sequel to burton's batman would have rocked

  • rocked the bottom of the dumpster yea it would

christopher nolan has the perfect view of batman

  • Most of the look of Batman's costume, music being composed and the Batmobile are from the Tim Burton '89 film. In the first commercial the Gotham City he is driving through looks like the B&R version of Gotham City, but in the later commercials, it's back to looking like Tim Burton's Gotham City. Overall, this is much better than B&R...much much

  • Oh, "Vicky Vale?" I thought he said "the Keebler elf."

  • They used a Original suit from B&R,repainted armor and Repainted emblem.

The only thing on the suit that is changed is the cowl, The cowl is the Stunt cowl from B&R.. Wich looks almost identical to the one Kilmer wore.

The actor Playing batman was Batman in Birds of Pray, And he was Clooney's Stunt double in B&R.

  • ye bruce thomas, he is in kyle xy right noe

  • the sad thing this shit is better than 3 bat-movies

  • that would have been a cool movie lol

  • I would say his acting is more like Clooney than Kilmer, whos Batman was a bit more vulnerable but had Clooney got a better movie he would have been more bold, like in these clips

  • That Vicky Vale is hot! Even hotter than Kim in her prime. I liked the fact that they used the Batman '89 batmobile and I noticed the suit was from Batman Forever. Too bad Joel Schumaker ruined the Batman francaise. Not a great fan of the Christian Bale Batman either. I don't think we will ever get the perfect Batman movie.

  • Sheeeeeeit. Batman Begins was fucking AWESOME! And The Dark Knight will be even better! Batman 89, Returns, Forever, B&R stunk. BB & TDK RULE THE WEEEEEELD!!!

  • Fuck u daizilla batman atman returns and batman forever were all better than begins u have no taste and ur a fucking moron

  • youre the fucking retard youre even worse a radioretard for thinking that comedic bullshit was what batman is all about you cuntbagel

  • forever was better than begins?? u must have great taste, its probably cuz u like the nipples on kilmer's suit u fag

  • hahah winner

  • yessir!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ur fukin rite

  • damn onstar must be sick of batman. next commercial

    Onstar"What do u want now?!"

  • That's awsome how they got Michael Gough to reprise the role of Alfred in one of the commercials

  • Still the best looking Batmobile of them all (and I include the 60's TV version!)

  • Brilliant!

  • That guy is already better than Clooney. I would say he's more like Kilmer's Batman.

  • Batman is now the Dad in Kyle XY!

  • Damn now that was fucking awesome.

  • Batman had all those on his car before and he would'nt even need onstar...lol

  • Obviously. It's just fun!

  • your fricken sell out you were cool until this

  • What? These previews are hard to find, and I was just messing around, read the description.

  • damn those nipples!

  • The one villain not even Batman could defeat.....

  • At least the suit is all-black and matte-coloured. Better than the suit in Batman & Robin; probably the same as the original suit in Batman Forever.

  • dude do u know where i can get these comercials? i havnt seen them in ages

  • Eric, could you post these in a zip file or something someplace. I have 4 of them, but I'm still looking for the one where he jumps off of the building into the Batmobile and the one where he calls Gordon.

  • Someday soon, I will... and I'll have a link in the description to get to them all.

  • Cool. By the way, cool trailer.

  • Honestly, I really do think Bruce Thomas was one of the best Batmans. He would even make a good Bruce Wayne, seeing him on Kyle XY. But he definently had it down for these Onstar Commercials and Birds of Prey.
