Chip damage finish with Gouken's first part looks different if I remember correctly. Give it a whirl! If you could, you ought to make an ultra vs ultra compilation if possible. Always interesting to see which one has the most priority.

Yea, I missed his 2nd ultra. This video was made around the 2nd week of release onto consoles and didnt know about gens 2nd ultra.
