Hello! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my auntie got really defined Six pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.
ABsolutely Nelson! ;) If you follow the position of the first exercise, "Pops At The Top", but instead, keep those knees totally bent & on each repetition touch the bottoms of your feet on the floor & then slowly draw your knees in toward your chest, it will substantially take stress off your lower back.
I like this exercise, as it's almost identical to the one in the workout, but it's not as difficult to perform. Nelson, if this still causes you discomfort, have you tried Bicycles?
