Hi Karen ! I prepared this recipy just yesterday, to be honest I didn't want to try it coz it looked with not flavor but I'm surprised, It was amazing !!!! extremely tasty, all home loved them. And nori is the perfect substitute of sea food now that I started being vegetarian. Pls share more delicious recipies to us. Thanks for sharing, Blessings :)
I loved this cooking recipe a lot., I want to try it. What does she put after the olives ?...They look like spinaches or chards, Im not sure. Pls, somebody help me. Thank you :)
Thank you SO much!! I just found you and have already loved the few videos I've seen. I'll be able to experiment with these with my family. Yum <3 Blessings!
Ok Karen, your BEAUTIFUL!! sure your tired of hearing that but that's ok.. had to tell you again. You need to come to America and cook for this cowboy =o) ..lol
Now, where to buy raw nori rolls in London..... non at my local organic store :-(. Might have to order online. Lovely, mouthwatering recipe Karen, thanks!
It's the nori *sheets* you want... and you should be able to find these in any health food store. Supermarkets also sell nori but it is the toasted version. I recommend Funky Raw in the UK for mail order nori.
Thank you for this video. I personally eat alot of sea vegetables (not just in sushi) and this is so easy to prepare. People should know about the power of sea vegetables (nori, dulse, kelp, etc...). To eat veg from both land and sea is a formula for vibrant health.
Thankss!! I love this recipe, plus is very easy. I've just turned 17 and I'm trying to incorporate as many raw foods in my diet as possible. My family doesn't have a dehydrator so it can get challenging. But your recipes are awesome!
I take one of your green juices every morning, and apparently will be eating many of this nori rolls, they are very delicious.
omg i was sick on wednesday and i felt like i have to throw up.. and i was waiting to throw up by my bed... and then I remembered this video and this seaweed sprout veggie wrap.. OMG I LIKE THREW UP IN ONE SECOND... Thank you karen!! Just thinking about this seaweed veggie wrap helped me throw up when i was sick and get rid of the bad stuff in my tummy :)!!!!
I'm not sure.. i guess.. half and half :) I like your other recipes but this one is just a little... seaweed vegetable wrappy :| sry.. it helped me throw up though!!
ahha now that i'm looking at it again, it looks A LOT more appetizing.. i was going through a weird sickness and loss of appetite phase at that time.. now this looks really tasty :)
thank you very much. i especially liked the tip with the lettuce leaf. i love how you explain things as you work, and you are so casual and comfortable.
As a guy whose struggled for a long time trying to stay true to his Vegan heart whilst eating a balanced diet to tackle my M.E. I'm finding your recipes very usefull. Love, light and happy days to you!

I bought some organic, untoasted nori sheets, opened up the package and it literally smells fishy. Are nori sheets considered vegan?
kweli05 3 years ago
Yes they are and the reason why they smell fishy is because they smell of the sea, as do fish... so it is really a sea smell!
