Well the slight pause before the missiles go off is intentional (kind of like the Zelda for gamecube). It does the same thing even for the Dreamcast version.

I only use Napalm for Ants and Ninjabots ("I'm Going In" was a piece of cake, just spam Napalm).

When there are lots of bullets, use something with Break.
