I happen to know a little about Heraldry and I've never seen that Coat of Arms before. Those are not Phoenixes, they're two Eagles with ducal coronets. The crest has no "torse" or wreath, a "rope like" twist of the colors the crest sits on, nor a crest coronet. The shield should be painted with one of five colors; red, or blue, black, green or purple, paired with one of two metals; gold, or silver. Two colors nor two metals should touch, like here w/ the red & blue. Those Arms are bogus.
