So temperatures in the US are high as well. Here in Europe there has been just a little snow in the Alps so far (commonly the Alps are covered in a 5 foot pack off snow in the second week of December already). The surrounding countries just had the hottest new years eve ever measured. In the Netherlands temperatures where as 11 degrees Celsius around midnight.

Yeah, it was over 80 on Christmas day in north FL which is exceptionally hot. We have not experienced fall, much less winter and our trees haven't completely turned or shed yet. In January. Not even in FL is this normal. Not by a longshot.

@ProtectionDirect I must be living a half hour or an hour away from you. I live in MA and no snow. The only snow I got was on Halloween eve, and we lost power for two days with about 5 inches of snow.

@Tylnorton I hear that, the only storm we had was the Halloween Nor'Easter that gave us about a foot. I can't remember a year like this. I love the snow and bought a new Snowmobile last April and still haven't gotten to use it.
