  • im not sure about this but ive never seen a tank with fake grass, i usually see a tank with sand or something like that, is grass better or worse for them???

  • @sok3rstar23 Grass is way better sand can cause impaction which is constipation and could be fatal and the urine will seep to the bottom and stink up the cage

  • @snowboardmaster9811

    thanks!!!!

  • Fabby stalks like a tiger. ;P

  • Hahaha, that is a great video!!! I really love it! =D Keep it up!

  • This has to at least be my favorite video with a bearded dragon by far just love how he's stalking his prey sort of reminds me of a cat lol.

  • ITS THE NINJA DRAGON!!!

  • Thats really cute. Fabby has amazing markings and colour shading.

  • nice beardie dude how old is it now?

  • what u use 4 the grass stuff

  • like de vivarium

  • Awww, so cute. Hehe, he stalks better than mine. My Steve just sits there and then goes right for it. XD

  • hey can you help my little beardie has some lack of color on his lower back and he eats all of his veggies and gets plenty of calci soo if you can help that would be cool

  • you shouldn't feed your bearded dragon crickets it could get parasites i feed mine meal worms i took my bearded dragon to the doctor and they said that the crickets we were feeding it had parasites in them so they told me to feed them meal worms and now they don't have parasites and trust me all of them get parasites for eating crickets

  • @churroman51 actually the crickets you bought were must have been faulty. on the contrary, you should NOT feed mealworms. the exoskeleton of mealworms is tougher than a cricket and can cause gut impaction on your dragon because it is harder to digest

  • my one is like that SLY lol my tank i has 4 him is pretty big so theres toys etc he plays with hell hide behind them and pounce on it an he all ways puts his head up lol

  • How old is he in the movie?

  • Great job, Fabby!

  • @BeardedDragonFred They are the best companions! I have a 4 year-old female bearded dragon that I've had since she was a tiny baby...I would not trade her for the world - I love her so much!

Always make sure you have proper UVB light, and that you change the bulb every 6-9 months (the UVB rays become weaker over time). This is just as important as providing a calcium supplement, which should be provided every day. This will prevent Metabolic Bone Disease, which is VERY common in beardies.

  • lol big beardies always stalk their preys while the baby just charge at it and chew the **** out of it

  • What an amazing video!

  • 0:16 Fabby is like, " Hey mothu fucka dont touch da beard!" LOL XD.

  • haha cute hes all im a ninja

  • This is my favourite bearded dragon video! He is just so cute!!!!

  • what is the substrate?

  • do they carry soluminila? i cant spell that right lol

  • @rubiethefiredragon yes they do salmonella OMG I SPELT IT RIGHT!!

    lol sorry haha

  • hes like MORE!!!!!!

  • 2 beardis wow lot of experience i have 10 years bearde dragon experience shut up

  • ugly tank no money for better one?

  • @spekulatius90 thats actually a well suited tank for a young bearded dragon.

while bearded dragons are still very young having a huge tank can sometimes make them stressed, also having to many obstacles and scenery can do that to. the sand can give them impaction very easily so i think this tank is quite good actually.

  • @humptybon a big tank make them stressed lol ? when they are in the desert they are stressed too then hm ? think about it and shut up

  • @spekulatius90 yes, having too much open space can make young hatchlings feel stressed because they may feel unsafe and insecure - as if to be open for all predators to see. bearded dragons have tunnels and small crevices in the wild, not to mention all the bushes and trees to hide in. if i were u id take some of your own advice and stfu

  • @spekulatius90 not i mention i have 2 adult bearded dragons, female and male so i do have alot of experience.

  • he didn't do the tongue thing where they slowly stalk the cricket with there tongue hanging out of there mouth ready to strike

  • are they still alive

  • hahahhahaha so cuuuuuuut

    :D <3

  • That reminded me of a cat, stalking :D

    Very Cute!

  • lol

    that was like slo mo

  • I've been researching beardies for a while now in preparation for my first and I have to say that this video is by far my favorite! What a little cutie! :)

  • Hey dude, you might be intrested with my channel? Subscribe and after crimbo ill be putting care videos, handling vids, etc etc:P what ever you want?, just request! :P

  • Mr Sandypants, my beardie too was like that to begin with. She was just getting used to her new surroundings and then her appetite picked up so don't worry too much.

  • Very cute!!! I love how he stalks it.

  • how is astro turf as a substrate? i was gonna put sand in with mine but it weighs so much

  • Good call; sand is not good for beardies; they often eat it (accidentally or on purpose), which causes impaction, which is ultimately fatal. Young beardies should not be housed on sand. Older beardies are ok with it, but you should provide half of the enclosure without sand.

Astroturf works well, as long as it doesn't have little loops, like carpet. Beardie toes could get caught.

  • o my god dude shut the hell up sand is not bad for them my beardie lives in it and he loves it, what do you think they live in in the wild and artficial grass is not good. the fibers come out and they eat them.

  • @beardeddragonsrock12 Yes, there is a danger to carpets and astroturf, which is why I prefer slate tiles, but on the whole I think it's less likely to be ingested than loose substrates.

  • how much do u feed him ? 3 times a wek or sum

  • Young beardies like him should be fed every day. Babies should be fed 3x per day.

  • lol i have a beardy aswell i love it wen they hunt like that

  • They were 2-3 weeks old from my old videos, so im guess almost 3 months old now? Hes really cute hehehe i got more videos coming soon when i decide not to be lazy

  • lol

I got my beardie yesterday, and i wont eat, today i gave it some Rocket Leafs and it ate them like it was starving, but when i try to feed him crickets he doesn't even notice them, he did try to eat one but he just droped it, the guy at the shop who sold it to me said that they may not eat for a few days, but he eats his salad as soon as i put it out, he also drinks from his water dish so i dont need to mist him, lucky for me.

    Cya.

  • @Imperatorz

he was 3 month old when you recorded this? its just great and big for 3 month, wow, congrats bet ure a good holder! :))

i have one which is 2 weeks old he's grown but i hope that'll be grown like urs after 3 month cause I always thought they'll just get this big after 1 year or smthing :))
