  • I'm in 5th grade.....we do this at recess.......not advanced.....

  • this doesn't seem very "advanced" to me.

  • what the heck?? they stunt reaally weirdly

  • I've been cheering for almost a year now and I learned this the very first time I stunted. I'm a backspot and I'm also a guy:) what u call a "prep" we call a half. and an "extension" is a full. They honestly sound like jv cheerleaders.

  • I was cracking up when i see this how old are they lmaooooooo this is soo funny i did more advanced stuff on my middle school cheer team! This is easier than easy

  • Pop Cradle Ready 1 2 down up Extension ready 1 2 down up who actually sayswe just say ready 1 2 and cradle 1 2... like wth

  • this is advanced? my first stunt was an extension!!!

  • they all use they arms..Ladys using youre lags ;)

  • this isnt advanced

    .. at all

  • lolololol they still had a hard time

  • LOLOLOL This is advanced? We teach new cheerleaders this on the first day

  • im a flier need tips plz messege me need then and need help on how to learn chears fast and there all like old

  • I'm beginning Cheer this year any tips? (I'm 70 lbs so im the flier)

  • @hobocreep streght!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am a base and have more flexiblity than my flyer and dont balance yourself let your bases take care of it

  • this isnt avanced im a jr. pee wee and i do more complicated stuff than that!

  • the bases should use their legs more and over extend and then settle at a prep! seems like they're muscling it up to a prep. and the flyer should slap down tighter/harder on the cradle. but it looks pretty clean overall!

  • the flier shouldn't put her hands down is what i think

  • i think shes a little too old to be a cheerleader ... the one talking

    is she your coach?

  • people r saying but there hair down so what its out of there face thats all u need my cheer team lets us wear r hair like that and im a fly so it dosent mader

  • that step in is very old i have been jumping in from the beginning lol

  • Im in Cheer. This is NOt advanced what so ever. I learn this in Middle School on my first year of cheer . BTW you arnt suspose to wear any jewerly . (:

  • The bases need to make eye contact .

  • How is this advanced?

I learned how to do this in middle school cheerleading. Just saying.

  • flyer should of jumped a bit when they did cradle plus base needs to be using their legs more just saying

  • this is advanced??? i mean seriously, all they are doing is stuff that babies would do. saftey is very safe she says, so why are all the girls wearing jewlery and have their hair down? if the old lady says you should always use a mat, then why arent they using them? the stunts were also very sloppy. :/ they kinda counted weird too. and why is it called a pop cradle? it would be so much easier 2 just say cradle....

but i love the uniforms :)

  • Why is that lady wearing a uniform?? shes like.....old.

  • demented cradle landingg

  • this is not advanced at all... this is the basics

  • SWEEP IS TOTALLY A LAZY CRADLE!!!

  • your counts are weird....

  • the flyer looked mentally retarded while craddling

  • @TheLittletumbler not only while craddling the whole time

  • Comment removed

  • That was ok but should of done better nice try :/

  • that want advanced i see 4year olds doing that and your suppose to set out when u craddle!!!

  • that was advanced... ?

  • shes doing her high v wrong

  • 1:21

  • @lilionkilian ther really sloppy and need more work they r begginers not advanced

  • Ok, listen up all you little smart ass's. If you can read then I bet you can

understand that it says "Basic Cheerleading Stunts" and that is for cheerleaders

that are just beginning. And this is an expert village video "tutorial" so they are

trying to teach you these stunts. And yes it might say advanced, but in reality when

we all started cheerleading, I bet all of us thought that this has advanced stuff. So

just realize that these videos are for BEGINNERS. Ok?

  • Comment removed

  • @Stargaze123CP well, if the video is for beginners it should say beginners NOT advanced. At cheer camp advanced is at least cradle from extension. just saying! and also the load in is weird I've never seen it done like that

  • That's not advanced!!! I'm 13 and I do way harder stuff than that!!!

  • hey lady, THATS NOT ADVANCED AT ALL! im only 14 and they are like in their 20s! i do WAY harder stuff than that

  • her but is dropped way too much!!!! and the bases arent using their legs to push her up to the extension.

  • her but is dropped way too much!!!!

  • not adavnced at all? my teamdoes way harder stuff and we are 12 ??

  • @lilionkilian kae. first, who cares if you do more ? i mean the fylers cradles are probly waaay tighter then yours. and she can ride a pike, and dont be a bitch. kae

  • Ughhhh i HATE haterz Gosh this video is fine now F off haterz!!!!1

  • i hate it when people say cheer leading isn't a sport.

IT TAKES JUST AS MUCH ENERGY TO PLAY FOOTBALL,SOCCER,ETC!

  • excuse me honey its called a flick not a sweep

  • @xoxobrookecheer i know a lot of teams that call it a sweep and the girls and uca even call it that, js, it probably isboth.

  • I'm 10, they're like 30! wtf? that is defiantly NOT advance!my team does harder stuff! I'm a flyer and we do something called a leap frog. I'm the front catcher for this and it's dangerous cause the flyer has a dislocated ankle but she has one of those braces. who agrees with me?

  • she's like safety is important! they are all wearing earrings, hair down????

  • @iCheer4Love ikr

  • they didnt even cradle her at the extension!!

  • in my cheerleading group i am a flyer at the back and i do an elevator not extension but at the end we do single bases changing into an elevator which is quite tricky for the base in the single base stunt !!!!

  • it wasn't advanced....however....it wasn't BAD like a lot of you think.

the lady wearing earings wasn't in the stunt group!!!!!!!!!!!!! ^^^^^^

  • @kamisama47 See Like Dont Know Too Much Either ; If Your To Short To Hold Ankles ; You Hold Wrist

  • @kamisama47 back spots can hold the wrists of their bases if they are too short.

  • @lilionkilian omg i tottaly agrree and the left base is arching as they go thru extenuation and u guys SUCK

  • thats sooo easy my sisters frnd can do that with her 3 lil sisters

  • that doesnt look advanced at all. my team has some 6 year olds and we r doing helecopters, libs from extention, cradle extensions, and having the flyers spin down from a cradle

  • Jezz ma ehrlich ...DES SAH NED WIRKLICH SEHR PROFFESIONEL AUS !

WIE DIESE FLYERIN DAS HIGH V GEMACHT HAT !!

UND DIE HABEN BEIM CRAIDELN NED MA GEDIPPT

  • um this isnt advanced wtf.

  • they need to throw higher

  • wow, you guys call that advanced. i am only in the 6th grade and i did my triple full down!

  • not to be hating but i did these stunts for this team that were all beginers and i think we are better and we only had 7 practices. and what is sweep? a lazy cradle hahah..how is this avanced?

  • Finally I got down my Twist Cradel perfectly!

  • Deff not advanced, im younger and i do harder stuff, just saying, the backspotter dont no how to backspot, and she needs to clean up the cradle. (: aha.

  • @lilionkilian thats kinda like when u try and teach people bhs or tucks on utube u just cant

  • Your cheerleaders need to learn how to push up with there LEGS NOT THERE BACKS. Real nice way to give them back problems. I should know. I did the same thing my first year cheerleading. Your flyer needs to pull her weight, and actually ride the cradles like someone else said. This stuff is so basic, my cheer team can do it without backspots. While double twisting. Please, PLEASE, before someone uses these techniques, learn how to so someone doesn't injure themselves. Thanks. (:

  • this isnt advanced..

  • If this is advanced then what is basic?

  • It's not called advanced. It is called basic for a reason so shutup you dumbos! my team can do better too but maybe they just made the video to show ppl gosh!

  • uhm, they call that advanced? our cheer team can do way better then that and way harder stunts and were only 14 and 15? wow. and she didn't ride the cradle at all, thats sad that they post that on youtube and call it advanced when thats just basic stunts. Our cheer team just does that to warm up. wow.

  • that is so not advanced r u kidding me

  • was not advanced at all and i hope noone used this to learn how to do that because you will have yer flyer on the ground if you do not use yer legs like those girls.

  • they didnt use their legs very well! i was trying to learn how to do an extension and so i watched this, and i hurt my arms muscles by trying to do it with just my arms and she fell. DO IT WITH YOUR LEGS! like okay spread them pretty far apart and dip rly low then pop ur arms up MUCH easier

  • i agree with @lilionkillian

  • these ppl look waayyy to old to be cheerleaders...

  • We r at middle school level and we can do the prep extension prep thing but we find it hard so we just go up straight up to extension. I'm gonna have a vid up soon!!

  • We do this at our school, nice landing

  • that is not advanced! its beginner!

  • in what world is that advanced cheerleading?

  • also, SHUT UP PEOPLE!!! likee they r going to take your advice!! they have a coach that can tell them their mistakes..they dont need your flipp'm criticism!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:((

  • @ericaelainehoyt she doesnt need to know how to spell to coach cheerleadingg..now go get a life and stop hating..m'kay?

  • This isnt exactly advanced..it is a pretty easy stunt that a newbie can learn in two minutes..my cheerleaders can do much more advanced stunts than this and we ourselves wouldn't call it "advanced"..im sorry im not trying to show off or brag..just stating the smple facts:) keep trying girls..practice makes perfect♥

  • wow they stink you need to lock your arms in a extition. and pop with your legs in a cradle

  • ..........was that suposse to be hard?! that is just basic knowlegde all cheerleaders have!! they made it look like cheerleading sucks because of them >.<

  • shes like 40 why is she in a cheer uniform

  • @lilionkilian ik mine too her legs arent even straight theyre like oh look at me im 2 feet in the air one two! i hate how she counts

  • their flyer is horrible!

  • @lilionkilian omg thats what i said she sucks my flyer can go way higher than that and we are younger. We do crazy stunts harder than that.

  • flaling your arms everywhere just makes it look messy. and i couldnt even see the video with the words in front!!

  • this flyer is terrible! i can fly better and im a base

  • this is not advanced i am 11 and i have dont this with 3 ppl. NO back base.

  • these are a bit messy. just sayin. the prep needs to be elevated more & bases need to use their legs more! flyer should slap down sharper on the cradle. :) & why is the lady wearing earrings?! no jewelry while stunting! :p very dangerous haha.

  • who still does walk ins? gaay my teams way better with stunts and for craddling her feet should be pointed not flexed.

  • @lilionkilian ohh shh

  • That was my second stunt i ever learned!

  • Not advanced. did this in middle school. and if you're concerned about safety you should take out your earrings and put your hair all the way up. =] I do love doing extensions though

  • HAHAHAHAHHAHAAHAHAHAHHAA

  • That is not advanced at all

  • I learned that the other day and i have it down better then you guys. What a waste of my time.

  • omg did u see her high v? that was awful what are you doing a high v or a touchdown? seriously you need to turn your arms out!

  • ok. im a junior level 2 team and we can do a straight up extension then cradle. this is not advanced....

  • to a middle school or youth rec. cheering tea this may be advanceed - but the flyer needs to stay wayyy tighter... and when they cradle its not very high - it may not be very advanced but to some younger teams it is.

  • 1st.high V needs to be WAY tighter.2nd. that is in no way advanced ive practiced stunts w/ bein a flyer about 10 times n I learned mor than that n I also learned the right way.The flyer needs to be alot tighter.3rd. ACTUALLY its very important she does it RIGHT or else little kids will get the wrong idea on how to do what she was doing.LASt I watched this video thinking it was gonna be actually worth something therefore I cant tell the future and dont know if I like it until I WATCH it.THANKYOU

  • the flyer can never land properly and she gives that annoying smile.

  • you guys that think your great need to stop trying to show off, no ones impressed!

  • this is lame!

  • I did this with my friends in school...and i hate heights :3

  • @lilionkilian ummm good 4 u but 4 girls who cheer @ lik ymcas or 4 middle or elementary schools it advanced 2 them so how bout u stfu and myob!

  • That is like, level two stuff. My squad is a junior level three, and we've perfected our flip stunt. (In case you don't know, that's where a flyer gets flipped from one stunt to another, then back again.) This is the most simplest stuff there is. You stumble too much. The flier needs to kee her legs locked AT ALL TIMES!!

  • @BlondieYamie2010 I know you wanna show off that your squad is good and all, but you have to give them a hand for just doing this. Most people find this advanced. If you don't, just don't watch the video.

  • @lilionkilian im with u on that! my cheerleader team aree wayy better too((:

  • it wasnt even as bad as everyobdy thinks it was.

ya she didnt ride her cradel, but she didnt ride it because shes helping some poeople who dont know how to do that kindov stuff so she cant go fast. lighten up.

thats advanced in some peoples eyes.

dont watch the video if you dont like it.

  • @lilionkilian stop acting like you are the best cheerleader on the planet, you were a biginer once to and those cradels were fine she could have ridden them better and snapped harder and at the end they do a sweep not a cradel so they are not trying to push her up very much and no lots of people would disagree with you!

  • Did anyone else see that guy in the mirror kicking something? I was like boring boring bor.. wait! what was that!

  • @lilionkilian, shut up or post a video showing how amazing and advanced you are then. I'm sick of not being able to watch cheer videos without seeing people brag.

  • omg thats not advanced

  • that was the first thing i did when i started at that age of 8 and i could probably do it better what was that at the end the flyer just jumped the bases didn't even throw her

  • Comment removed

  • that is so not advaned my 11 year old can do that

  • This isnt advanced.

The flyer dosent fly very well either & the dismount is very messy. This is more beginner than ''advanced''

  • This is SSOOO not advanced

  • usually people just go into extention and twist down or just pop from there not go up go higher go back to prep and come down

  • Advanced my ass!

  • ur ggoooooooodddddddddddd

  • thats not advanced ....wtf thats like beginner! and that wasnt even good i no 4 year olds that can do that way better then u! they can do 360s 2 the top! haha

  • i know right, she doesnt ride it, she like sits. lmao .

  • advanced.

    really.

    yeah okay.

  • You consider that advanced?

  • they just let go of her during the cradle from extension? they didnt pop at allll?

  • Why was the side base calling it!?

  • This should not be considered instructional.... terrible technique all around, and no one has done a sweep cradle since the 80's YUCK

  • That was the stupidist thing I've ever seen. Our team does that when we show the seventh graders what to do... that's not advanced at all. Try a cupie, sponge, cupie, sponge, twist, reload, move, cupie double twist. Then go on for the rest of the cheer, that's the beginning.

  • wow i like that little uh trick at the end of the cradle ugggh

  • the base on the left sticks her butt out too far. you are ALWAYS supposed to tuck your butt, as this can cause MAJOR back problems.

  • mm.. that's not advanced?

    and..

Why aren't they going from the ground straight to an extension, then cradling?

Really doesn't make a lot of sense..

  • they dont even go all the way up or close when they go to prep?

  • i did all that in my second time doing stunting and ive only been a cheerleader for 1 month

  • this is like a youth 1 stunt

  • dude me and my friends are only 10 and we can do tat better than u guys can

  • horrible cradle in my opinion

  • this is not advanced at all

  • nd what they jus should i practically did all this the first and second day of stunding when i first joined the team

  • what they call an extention my team calls a press up

  • GAY!

  • this is a beginners stunt. on most teams twisting is considered a begginer stunt too...

  • um.... yeah i coach cheerleading and fifth grades that have no try outs can do soo much more than this....and your uniforms um...are wicked discusting

  • @ssarraaahhhhh you coach cheer and you cant even spell disgusting? good one.

  • yeah.....um no one cares.

  • okay like i am cheering in the 8th grade and you call this advandced!! okay you had the flyer in a cupie the whole time and when she was in the full you could tell she was heeling very bad!! and then on the sweep thing the left base went up at a diffrent time!!! and her knee unlocked! you call this PRO!! ha my cheer team can do much better and btw the "SWEEP" it a craddle for a full DUH! and her wrists need to be turned out and she needs to look more cofindent!

  • this is advanced?

  • the flyer needed to pop her body more. and when the caller called extention ready1,2 shes really supose to say power press. and when they sponged they did bend there legs right.

  • @lalabear96 the person calling can say whatever they want when they are cradling, every team does things differently.

  • anvanced? that is not advanced my school team duz more than that

  • So does the cheerleading team at my school

  • I realize this is just for people getting started, and if that's you, please consider this...Flyer/top needs a bigger bounce off the ground and needs to push off their shoulders more. Bases need to give with her just a bit, push her to eyebrown level, then settle her in. The bigger bounce & give would help with the extension--they wouldn't have to muscle it up but would have some momentum. They aren't pushing on the cradle, so she has no time to "ride it" and pop it right.

  • your uniforms are ugly

  • thiisss soo easyy i did this in 6th gradee.

  • hahaha the flyer is really cute when she cleans up when she comes out of the dismount. alot of our juniors do that, its so cute

  • ya, haha. i thought it was funny about the hoops. lol you cant wear jewlry when stunting...haha. that's the first thing i noticed.

  • i used to be a flyer (now i switched to middle school cheer and we're not allowed to do "big stunts like these" its stupid) but now im a base and when I was a flyer before I could never do my extension liberty. I dont know why, i could do EVERYTHING else just not the extension liberty!!!

  • i hate that!

  • yeah, well if you can do it then why are you watching it? these videos are meant for people who need clarification on building skills. So if you dont, congrats! but seriously, grow up.

  • its my first year of cheer and i already do a bunch of stunts that all the other people that have been cheering for life cant do. So this is crap its iking im sleeping really!

  • ok...pero digan como se ponen las manos

  • that was a really low pop cradle.

  • wow...thats suppose to be advanced? i started cheering at 8 and im 17 now...that i can do in my sleep...haha

  • "safety is very important" ,..says the woman in hoops!
