  • mi devo comprare un loro album assolutamente!

  • I feel like the sophisticated antagonist with my briefcase of mystery.

    Classy tune i must say.

  • This is so darn perfect - they play fluently, their music has a concept and they manage to express what they want to express in music really well. I haven't heard so many songs from them yet, but so far this is my opinion. Looking forward to listen to more of their stuff - Thanks a lot for the upload!

  • So Marco Minnemann is their current drummer and they have 6 previous band members.... only 3 current band members... interesting.....

  • Grandi, davvero bravi. e sono ITALIANI....

  • @zzvelcrofly peccato che fabio se ne sia andato.gran personaggio

  • Stop arguing about labels. You're missing the point.

  • @therealdooz finally someone to agree with.

  • I agree. This sounds like Bitch's Brew with more overdrive. That's a compliment by the way.

  • Best jazzcore band ever.

  • jazzcore? what is it? what is core? I think they play just heavy jazz fusion

  • In fact jazzcore is jazz music mixed hardcore music (like Hatebreed) .

It uses the lightness of jazz mixed with the brutality of hardcore.

Ephel Duath mixes this and make a beautiful, light and brutal music.

If you like better, it's hybrid metal^^.

  • @Zempaichi i do like hatebreed but i dont really think ephel duath sound anything like them, i would really call them a hardcore metal band jazz fusion. id say they have more in common with bands like botch or the dillinger escape plan so more a math metal jazz band.

but whatever with the genres there great

  • Great! Jazz metal..

This is something that I was searching for..

I love metal and I really love jazz..

  • @AviadShitrit If you haven't, check out Shining (at least their first international release, but blackjazz is great too), Exivious, Cynic (Focus), and Animals as Leaders.

Also After, by Ihsahn. It really has no jazz in it, but features some incredible saxaphone work by Jorgen Munkeby of Shining.

Lemme know if you have any other jazz metal I should know of. I really love the fusion of these genres!

  • @KingHobum I missed a band out in my other comment, you might like em too, tosin abasi's new stuff, TRAM is pretty epic also!

  • @AviadShitrit There are a few cool bands like that as well if you listen to those, Alarum are an epic australian band, aghora is cool too, panzerballett are crazy, instrumentwise. Exivious are sick.

A band I play in also is bit on the jazz/blues side and we mix it with rock/metal. have a listen if you're keen, free download :) it's on mah profile.

  • Very awesome.

  • love this shit

  • I saw these guys at the Gander on the Green in Bournemouth, Although there was no trumpet I still loved the whole evening, A definate must see if you ever hear of them playing near you.
