well, if the Apollo Flame from the AF areas of post-game RnR2 was due to that universe getting toasted by Ra Mu, then the Mu army probably got wiped out or taken over by those of Meteor G, thus Apollo Flame's appearance there. and if that post-game area is an alternate way that RnR3 ends, then...that WOULD explain alot.
Um. The normal Phantom Black is in SSR3. SSR2 is just a filler. Had nothing to even relate with SSR1 events. Also. To inform you. The alternate dimension in SSR2 is if Shooting Star Rockman died from attempting to save Earth from Mu Continent. Hence why there no life, and it so bleek in it. That why it also called the alternate future.
I can't read japanese. I thought I owned appollo in MSF2(DX too^^) and he's back from the alternate dimmension and all this other crap, now I have to get MSF3.

What about Phantom Black introducing himself like if Rockman and Phantom never met. Pretty much says SSR2 is filler.

well, maybe the reason for that is that Geo and Omega-Xis never met in the AF of Apollo Flame. hence why Phantom Black IF never did meet Megaman.
