Sanhedrin54b does not say that at all. Sanhedrin58b is taken out of context. Sanhedrin 57a is mistranslated, the rule of Jewish law actually holds the opposite: one is obligated to pay wages to all workers, Jew and gentile alike.

The Cutheans, by the way, aren't the generic gentiles (goyim), but the Samaritans, who have a special status.

Don't take my word for it, learn, truly learn Talmud. You'll be amazed by what you find.

The Church has contrive and interpretation to mislead you to think Isaiah 53 is about Jesus, while in reality is not about that at all. Jesus did not fulfill the prophecies, and was not the Messiah.
