Because the creator forgot to put one for Aya. MILL (the Creator) left a long time ago and couldn't complete Aya.

Hmm... Now I'm tempet to make a Aya_O... Don't worry, I wouldn't plan on making that Aya cheap... But I would add some moves and try to balance it out, I guess...

She has a Queen of Heart version? Then again, never played that game, so I wouldn't know, I guess. >.>
Nah, I haven't made fighters... yet. But since Aya's an incomplete character... and since I -want- to make characters... I've been thinking of making some edits, as partial practice (but not half-assed)... If I'm to make Aya_O I'm gonna need to learn how to work on constants and stuff... I'd like to say it's practice, but I'd want to do a good job on her as well.
