I don't like this lady so much, her thoughts are right but not the way she presents them.She's a lil arrogant and doesn't seem to listen so much. I get the feel that she believes what she wrote and find out is completely new and something no one ever realized before, also she's rather generalistic about her thoughts, as if everyone is more emotional based, no exceptions, she should go a bit easier on her beliefs and b + relative. Strong is good, but humbleness should balance it.
