Is there suppose to be no wrist movement on the backhand at all or is it suppose to be minimal? I've heard that it's more technical compared to the two handed backhand.
I see, then how would you generate more spin on the ball specifically topspin? I really like this video because it shows a left-hander's backhand and I find it easier to follow so thanks.
