Missions is not the ultimate goal of the church. Worship is. Mission exists because worship doesn't. Worship is ultimate, not missions, because God is ultimate, not man.
Ellen G. White received visions after 1844, it not prophesied that the world will end in 1844, she thought what William Miller say about 1844 but at that time she was not prophet (before 1844). And disappointment in 1844 was prophesied in revelation chapter 10: 8-11.They believed that the world will end in 1843-1844 because they did not understand well the chart.

@HDAY04 there's a basic principle in exodus between holy music and secular music (dancing, bedlam, shouting ...) and we have several examples in the Bible and Joshua associates this secular music with cry of war, read Exoudus 32
