You should just be grateful that this young person is generous and caring enough to have made this series of very helpful insructional clips!
For heaven sake! DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR SOUND QUALITY WHEN MAKING YOUR VIDEOS. Otherwise they are very good as I have just had a knee replacement operation early in April 2008.
