Looks really impressive actually - has the slower and more measured feel of the first game, after Resistance 2 ramped the action up a lot; arguably a little too far.
I hope this was on "easy" difficulty because if that was normal or hard, the AI looks very easy to surprise and take down. Alot of times it doesnt even seem like they react to the player at all once they see him.
@r1tual probably they don't want to make the game look hard, then people don't buy it. If the character constantly died in a trailer people would be pushed away
@metalboy30111993 Crysis copies nothing...its an original game through and through. Even today you won't find a FPS with the suit capabilities that made the original Crysis so great. This night level seems like a 100% rip off of the Crysis village assault level (towards the end of of 3rd chapter)....if you played Crysis you would know exactly what I am talking about.
There was no point of introducing the cloaking snipers through a cut scene especially since the player can see their red laser sights...not to mention the player can detect the sniper with that see through object scope on that one gun. Can't believe they are dumbing down games these days. There is a level in this in the original Crysis where nomad encounters Koreans with a nano suit, no doubt that inspired Insomniac...sadly the encounter was better done in that game

Why not let the player stumble on them by surprise? They are basically dumbing the game down. BTW Crysis 1 did not have nano vision, Crysis 2 sucks (not comparable)
@LOLMAN22 If the developer made it so you couldn't see detect the snipers, you probably woulldn't be beating this stage anytime soon (especially since it seems frustrating to ppl already)and that would detract from the point of the game being fun and free of mountains of frustration.

@LOLMAN22 Not one of them are real weapons that have been created. Insomniac has created their own audio for the weapons therefore, there is no such thing as the weapon's sounding bad.

the sound design in this game is terrible, nothing sounds good at all. Terrible voice acting, pathetic weapon sounds, terrible to non existent ambient sounds, I am not really feeling this at all. Dice is soo good at this..everything sounds fantastic in Dice games. The sound designers at Insomniac must really hate their job

There was no point of introducing the cloaking snipers through a cut scene especially since the player can see their red laser sights...not to mention the player can detect the sniper with that see through object scope on that one gun. Can't believe they are dumbing down games these days. There is a level in this in the original Crysis where nomad encounters Koreans with a nano suit, no doubt that inspired Insomniac...sadly the encounter was better done in that game

That was awesome. Looked to be getting really tense there in the last 2-3 minutes. Also LOVE the sound bullets make when they hit the Auger shield.
