This guy she be thrown into jail and fined heavily, how can he go breaking the law like that and getting away with it....he was clamped simply because he parked in an undesignated area....told council askaris 'atawaona' did he mean he would bribe them thereafter. He said it on camera and was seen breaking the lock.

If there is any laws in Kenya, this thug should be thrown out of parliament and prosecuted. The only way for criminals to do things and get away with it, just become an MP. He is giving us youth a bad name.
Sonko is the embodiment of democracy gone awry. Popularly elected does not always translate into the best choice. In fact in Kenya, we voters are experts at choosing the wrong candidate.
So, this sonko threatens sitting government officials with violence and does not get prosecuted eh?
