@NesGamer105 That's Ace Harding. The protagonist of the game. He even dons the same trench coat that greets you in the opening scene of the game. In my opinion, it's one of the most base but wonderful cover arts of any Nintendo game.

Well I can't be 100% certain but in the GameBoy version, it says the Lead Sound is Kouji Nishikawa and the Sound is Masaomi Miura so it's more than likely they wrote this game's music, as well as all the other Kemco-Seika games unless credited otherwise.

It's like you could actually hear this being played by real instruments back then in the 30s. The piano playing the main part... those big basses playing humming softly along with it.... and the drums accompanying them. It would be awesome to hear a jazzy or big band arrangment of this song.
