If memory serves me correctly, only the first year or less of production had a rear diff lock. Since then, all Range Rover Classics have either a manual centre diff lock or an automatic one (later production) via a viscus coupling.
yes, the fj60 land cruisers. We used to have one a long time ago. It was pretty great. We hit a telephone pole with it like it was nobody's business. It still lived to hit a few more deer, too
The Range Rover was designed and built as an 'Off Road' vehicle. That dirt track doesn't qualify as 'Off Road'. To the Range Rover it's just a bit of dirt. You need to watch some proper drivers putting the RR through its paces.
Go off roading in East Africa in the Rift Valley - really test that machine out!!! We did for 3 years!! Unforgettable!

Personally i think the older style range rovers like this one just look cooler than the new ones. Same with land cruisers.

I take my P38 through things at those kinda speeds. Why rush? It's the inferior 4x4's that need a run up!
