Okay well a friend linked me to this video, but I use Sony Vegas Movie Studio 9 and I tried on several occassions based on tutorials for it to make my videos HD, but it NEVER works and of course my editor doesn't have the options that yours does...so how can I make my videos HD???? @unRealOsiris thats why you save a name, when your done at the top write a name like 720p HD or something then click the SAVE button.

@FaTaLGamingHQ did you see the pretty small yellow triangle at the top of the timline? move it to select or cover, whatever, all the timeline, that triangle selects only the region that would be renderized, then render.

HD is 720 pixels so it will look good with full screen.

I prefer HD because of the quality but HQ is fine

Seconds per keyframe should ALWAYS be set at "1". The higher you set it, the longer time between keyframes and the worse your video will look. At the default setting of "5" you can actually watch over every 5 seconds your video will look worse until it reaches that next keyframe. Having 1 keyframe a second doesn't add to filesize and affects rendering time very very little.
